There were times while I was reading Shibatora that I thought I was reading a new chapter of GTO - and that is among the highest praise I can give a manga. Unlike most manga that are considered "similar" to GTO, Shibatora is not another rehashed teacher-delinquent student story. Instead of an unusual teacher, it's an unusual detective. However, the underlying themes, motifs, humor and, ultimately, uplifting nature of GTO are all present in Shibatora. If you liked one, I have absolutely no doubt that you will like the other.

B-gata H-kei

Extremely similar main female characters, as Taiga and Yamada had the same personality, minus Yamada's sex-centered thoughts. Both had very good comedy, with BGHK winning, but Toradora had more depth in its supporting characters. Regardless, if you liked one, you will like the other.

The two are extremely hilarious, but Countrouble has far less ecchi. The protagonist is basically screwed over time and time again in his quest for romance.

Usotsuki Mii-kun to Kowareta Maa-chan: Totteoki no Uso

They are both short, psychologically pleasing, and brilliantly deep. Mii-kun/Maa-chan is more about insanity while Chainsaw is more about depression, but regardless, the psychological aspects of each cannot be ignored. They both have cute romances that are no longer cute when you consider the context they are in.
