The same surreal art and scary vibe, the scenes change in strange ways to provide with plot juice Both Mononoke and Paprika deal with people's Form, Truth and Regret (not directly, in Paprika, but still something like that), and as a fan of both, i would recommend both aswell.

If you liked Mononoke add

...then you might like Noragami add

Spirits that need to be purified, the "fight" scenes are very similar. They are very different, but they give me the same vibe. Honestly, the give off the same... "maturity", even if noragami is a lot more comedic for everyone. Honestly, I would recommend Mononoke to a Noragami fan, but I would not recommend Noragami to a Mononoke fan. You choose though.

...then you might like Kimi no Na wa. add

uh basically relife did your name but better. they both end with two people trying to remember each other's name (if thats considererd a spoiler im very sorry). i really enjoyed watching both, so i recommend watching them

If you liked Hataraku Maou-sama! add

...then you might like Noragami add

Both of these are about non-human creatures (God/Devil) living a human life. Two short, comedic shows, both very enjoyable.
