Episode one is my favourite from the series, a person, a wolf in an abandoned village. The snow stretched as far as the eye can see, I had an illusion that I was living in this world of fairytales.
Fushi's immortality sets up the inevitable tragedy, and he will witness the deaths of the other characters. I finished it with zero understanding of what's going on...
If you're simple-minded like me, I suggest you go and watch other people's commentary on this instead. The message behind Nekojiru is great, revealing cruelty and emotional abuse; there are many ways to interpret the story, this is just one angle to look at it. Because there are no words, it can be very hard to figure out the intention behind each scene if you miss out on the details. For example, the orange flower on the cover is what Nyatto need to get back the other half of his sister's soul. I was not aware of ...

If you don't have one... don't worry, you'll feel like you do <(￣︶￣)↗[GO!] The entire anime is 20 mins, 10 episodes (2min/ep), each showing a clip of little moments into a different couple's life. This is almost therapeutic, just like looking at cute animal pictures (￣ω￣ｏ) The creator must be a considerate and thoughtful person The theme song sums up everything perfectly 飾らない毎日の中で いろんなことを共にしてきた となりで過ごす君のことをふと見て僕は 幸せだと思う ...

This is not a natural disaster anime, simply a story about an emo teenage girl (Mirai) and her brother (Yuuki) trying to find their way home. The art is average, music is average, the storyline is average, but it somehow touched my heart.

クズ(scum)'s kanji is 屑, meaning useless things, the residue after taking good parts out of something. This word exactly describes every character in this anime, showing only the dark side of human. The incorrect outlook on the world, life and values were very uncomfortable to watch at first, but I finished the series because of the brilliant artwork - and I'm glad I did. This is not merely about sex and unrequited love. Love is unfair, and you don't always get rewards for your endeavour.
