First of all, Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro isn't really popular, which I think is weird because it's a really nice anime! It reminds me of Kuroshitsuji because: - Sebastian & Neuro both are demons. - Sebastian & Neuro both have special powers or are almost invincible. - Both have a dark story with comedic stuff in it. And I think both have a pretty mature story, it isn't childish. I really recommend to watch Kuroshitsuji and Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro.

...then you might like Code Geass: Hangyaku no Lelouch add

Both of the leading characters want to do good things, but are a bit evil. Both want to change the world and make it good, and they get special powers to achieve that goal. Both are a bit comedic sometimes but have a very mature and serious story. There's a good message in both too. I really recommend to watch them!

If you liked Kuroshitsuji add

...then you might like Pandora Hearts add

Kuroshitsuji and Pandora Hearts don't really look like each other in story, but there's the same atmosphere and I really liked both. Also the master-servant relation from Kuroshitsuji is like Gilbert and Oz in Pandora Hearts. Both have a dark story with comedic parts in it.
