Another well drawn by YOKO, based off a 2chan story, similar to train man (densha otoko). Yes, there is sex.
As it starts off, an otaku friendless man is mistaken as a molester during a walk, and the story revolves around the man and his relationships with various people he meets due to the incident.
You can instantly see the art is very similar to Masturbation Master. Rough sketches, no rulers, no ink, all pencil. Not very professional like, but it was a web comic. I actually like this style.
This is a story about relationships. Not like Kimi no Iru Machi with 200+ chapters that drags

Yes, I am a jojo fan. I read all the manga (on 8). I'll try to keep the baised opinions to a minimum.
Story: Very easy to pick up, as you would expect with any shonen. But as a shonen, it is quite generic. Well, Phantom Blood was written around the time of Dragonball, so I'm not too surprised. I do like the concept of ripple energy though. Also, every character has a habit of explaining everything, every move, every object, every attack in detail, so it might get a tad annoying (though I don't mind it). Art: Araki's stronest point. JoJo is beyond famous for its ... Oct 14, 2012

It has quite an interesting background story, having to recreate the world history to go back into space and all.
Story: First half is filled with generic high school slice of life with a bit of mystery/politics scenes here and there. The politics really appealed to me which was great, though it can get a bit confusing. Then it went full battle mode. Art: Not too bad, no nasty CG, fight scenes were mostly fluid, no signifigant horrifying quality scenes were observed. But the artwork was average which drags the points down. Also breasts only come in 2 sizes in this anime: Extra extra large and ... May 13, 2012

Either your are going to like it, or not. Reason being is that the first 2 seasons focused more on character development, and hence we all get the feeling this is going to be some love romance like Zero no Tsukaima (ZnT anime is bad. You should feel bad if you enjoyed it) with a little bit of story. Season 3 is plot driven, so the people who liked the character development/romance aspect of it won't enjoy season 3 (but will watch it regardless like everyone else).
I liked how everything in SnS radically changed, like season 1 and 2 were just a build up for ... Jan 14, 2012
You know the story background, its on ANN. I'll just write my thoughts.
Story: Surprisingly good. Good in the sense that its very unique. I liked how they attempted to keep a balance of economics and shounen. It would be better if it was 24 episodes, since the ending was sort of abrupt and left a few plotholes. Moreover, it loses points on using a motif used over and over again (I'll spoil it if I say it). Art: Not bad. But the CG got very noticeable at a handfull of points, which bugs me. Also the animation wasn't very fluid (Thank you PA Works for making ... |
