They're both an isekai romance manhwa with the main girl coming in from another world and retaining her memories which she uses to the benefit of the world and others in it. Both have strong lead women. Doctor Elise, though, is about how she brings modern medicine to the world while Raeliana brings more engineering and agricultural advancements.

I highly recommend this to people who enjoy strong, and well-written, females protagonists.
