Doctor Elise: The Royal Lady with the Lamp
add

They're both an isekai romance manhwa with the main girl coming in from another world and retaining her memories which she uses to the benefit of the world and others in it. Both have strong lead women. Doctor Elise, though, is about how she brings modern medicine to the world while Raeliana brings more engineering and agricultural advancements.

Michiko to Hatchin

Both are about the adventures of two young girls who ride motorcycles. Kino no tabi is definitely calmer while Michiko to Hatchin has quite a bit more action and drama, but both of them make you feel like you got more out of them than just entertainment.

Wild Adapter
add

Both have a gay undertone with a mysterious, smart glasses character and an almost child-like partner. Both have serious and life-threatening moments, but GetBackers has more comedy and light moments than Wild Adapters. They both also have the same kind of feel, if you know what I mean.

Aoharu x Kikanjuu
add

While Kemono no Souja is more serious and of different genres, both have female protagonists who aren't afraid to show both femininity and masculinity, are strong in their own ways, and are proud of being theirselves in all that that entails. I highly recommend this to people who enjoy well-written females protagonists.
