Okay before judging my rating, HEAR ME OUT.
At the beginning of the anime, Kyoto and Erika's relationship seems really toxic and messed up and it is. Kyoya acts like some sick guy and Erika goes along with it like it's the most normal thing in the world. And she does it just so she can be apart of the friend group (which is a problem in its own, but I'll talk about that later). BUT the anime doesn't make their relationship seem "normal", her friend San calls her a masochist and literally calls her out for her and Kyoya's relationship MANY times.

The friend group ...

This anime is so much more than Zodiacs and a plain old story. It’s SO meaningful and it REALLY made me realize there are worst things in life. It’s so sad yet so good! There are so many deep messages in the story, it teaches you to rethink on your moments where you act spoiled or selfish (I find).

I didn’t enjoy the older version of fruits basket but I really liked this one. The animation resembles the new Cardcaptor Sakura animations and the story is well explained, much more detailed and much more entertaining than the first version.

I loved the OST of the anime, it ...

Shugo Chara! (Anime) add
I've re-watched this anime 3 times and I keep on coming back. Its my all-time favourite anime and I never get tired of it and have zero complaints. I've been re-watching animes lately and it's been 5 years since I first watched. I have changed my mind about a lot of animes, but this one still gets me giddy and excited.

The story is pretty typical, one main girl character, two guys and a guardian angel. But there's something so fundamentally true about this story. Everyone hides their true self more than most would like to admit, it's about being true to yourself.

Skip Beat! (Anime) add
I put this anime off for the longest time, but it isn't at all what I expected! After re-watching 5 years later, I still give this anime a 10/10!

The art was really good but what I enjoyed most was the chibi-style drawings that emphasized the humour and the funny parts from the anime.

I would've liked to see her take revenge on Sho and rise to a higher position, so in other words I would've wanted an OVA or another season so I could see how it ends. But that being said, we can tell that she would've gotten there eventually.

I liked this sequel much better than the first 167 episodes, mainly because there is a lot more action and plots in this story. The first series contained a lot of filler episodes and I lost interest halfway through before I became interested in the last couple of episodes.

That being said, I found they tried to wrap up like 50 episodes worth of content into this series and they attempted to make up for the fillers in the prequel. In the first episode alone, I felt so overwhelmed because I was used to the slow and chill pace, but the first episode had at ...

InuYasha (Anime) add
When I rewatched Inuyasha, I went in with an AMAZING impression. I remember LOVING the show and the OST, but I found myself losing interest halfway through because of the side stories and the filler episodes. I was watching, but not really paying attention. The creators then crammed like 50 episodes worth of content into a sequel of only 26 episodes.

Don’t get me wrong, I really did enjoy the series though, just not as much as the first time watching (which was like 5 years ago). The show goes into depth about each characters’ backstory which I really like. Tbh Kagome’s reaction to the ...

Preliminary (15/51 eps)
I first watched this anime in 2014 and I LOVED it so much I even added it to my favourites. Now, 6 years later, I'm re-watching my favourite animes and my opinion of this series has changed so much.

When I first watched, I was about the same age as Vanilla and Chocolate so I really enjoyed it. However, now that I'm re-watching, I find it kind of childish. And that's fine. But the show drags on for really long with a lot of filler episodes at the beginning which don't contribute to the show. I'm just continuing watching to get to the Pierre part, ...

If I could describe this anime in one word it would be: pure. It's such a cute and innocent anime, and one thing I always complain about is when there are a lack of romantic moments in the series, but this one had just the right amount!

I REALLY love Zen, his personality, his charisma, his looks. Literally everything about his character is so nice. He's confident in any situation, unlike the prince of Tanbarun, and he just oozes charisma and charm. His character was very nicely done.

I also like how each main character got their own story and we saw a bit of history ...

Preliminary (3/24 eps)
I feel like there are some deep messages that accompany the anime, I literally cried every episodes for the first couple.

The plot is pretty interesting, this is the first anime that I've watched with a character buying the MC. It's a pretty messed up idea, tbh, but a lot of messed up things happen in anime. I thought it would be a dark and depressing anime, but in the first episode, they had that "chibi drawing style" so I knew right off the bat it wouldn't be what I thought.

Chise was lucky to have been bought by Elias, because he's a nice and caring ...

I started watching this after I had finished Kamisama Hajimemashita and was looking for an equally good anime. This is way different than what I expected it to be.

For one, I don't know if im alone in feeling this, but I don't see how the title fits the story haha. It was a purely CHILL and LAIDBACK anime in simple terms. It was at times unrealistic due to the "laidback-ness" of it, such as how easily Aoi adapts to wherever her kidnappers take her! Also the fact that she was 100% okay with leaving behind her world. I know she didn't have family and ...
