Both are fantastic female empowering mangas with a strong female lead. Sabaku no Harem has more of a love overtone than Arte but overall they are very much a like in style. Both also have beautiful and detailed art (as an aside).

If you liked Ouji Romantica add

...then you might like 99% Cacao add

Both are lighthearted manga that will make you laugh and maybe also shed a tear. While Ouji Romantica is a collection of one-shots and 99% Cacao is a 3 chapter story they are both enjoyable. Both stories put a little spin on the typical Shoujo manga. I personally enjoy female leads who think for themselves and a stronger and more masculine male lead who also proves to have some real character. I think both of these mangas showcase these types of characters.

If you liked Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun add

...then you might like Ore Monogatari!! add

Both animes are comedies that have a dense male protagonist. Both are also unique and are able to get one hooked on the first episode. While Ore Monogatari does not have as many main characters and love stories to follow, it still gives off a funny light hearted vibe. Both are very enjoyable and leave a smile on your face. I would recommend both for Shounen and Shoujo watchers.
