Both are super funny comedy manga that parody their respective demographic genre (shojo and shonen). Unlike most parody manga, they aren't gag manga and have deeper, more serious plots as well, which results in both heartwarming and hilarious storylines.

Saiki Kusuo no Ψ-nan

If you're looking for more fourth wall breaking, look no further than Saiki Kusuo no Psi Nan, a series about a highschool student with every psychic power in the universe. It's even published in the same magazine (WSJ) as Gintama, and features hilarity that rivals the series (if not even more). Parodies of shonen tropes get no better than these two. Both have a colorful cast of memorable characters, and crude artwork which gets better over time.

Seiyuu Ka!

The stories both revolve around female main characters doomed to be manly-- Seiyuu Ka!'s MC has a deep voice, despite wanting to become a voice actor for a female character, while Oresama Teacher's MC is a brash stereotypical delinquent until she transfers to another school in an attempt to become a normal girl. These circumstances cause the two girls to crossdress to do what they love. Both are also somewhat reverse harems.
