Though Shinonome Yuuko's almost devoid of expression feels a bit more similar to the original (alien) Yuuki Nagato. Both are romance though Nagato Yuki-chan more comedic while Shinonome Yuuko has more drama in it.

But, Shinonome Yuuko has more focus towards romance and feels lighter in content and context. So, if you want a healer after reading Onanie Master Kurosawa give Shinonome Yuuko wa Tanpen Shousetsu wo Aishite Iru a try.

I'm a bit surprised no one ever mentioned this. Both shares a rather similar harem chemistry: The male lead is trying to form a harem route. Both also falls within comedy romance but Seitokai no Ichizon is leaned towards comedy portion more while Kaminomi zo Shiru Sekai take things a bit more seriously.
