Awesome anime which doesn’t follow the typical line of romantic animes. First of all the main female character is strong, bold, not interested in men and dating, doesn’t care what others think of her, is not afraid of action and even after being attacked, still protects her friends. Second of all the main male characters are not toxic masculine men, they show their weakness’, they are vulnerable, traumatised and they talk about it as well and accept help. Other characters like Saki, bold and independent and trustworthy, and Ryuya, jealous and pretends to be tough but is actually vulnerable as well and admits his mistakes ... and apologizes, even after many years. These seem to be still quite rare especially in romance anime. I wish there would be a second season coming but at the same time I wish there wouldn’t because I’d love the 4 good friends stay like they are, in a platonic roommate situation.
