Firstly I didn't want to read this chapter, because it was released after anime adaptation and I thought it wouldn't be worth it. But that's not true it surely is worth of your time and I'm glad I changed my mind. This short special story talks about Yaeko Nishimiya (Shouko's mother) and how she developed, helped Shoka and overcomed many obstacles over time. I like how Ooima Yoshitoki can express many characters feelings with small amount of text. Overall this special manga is must read if u like Koe no Katachi series.
