Besides the fact UD has a 6 year old rejected girl and not a 17 year old rejected girl, both are pretty similar. Both are light hearted and revolve around the relationship development of the girl and the man. Both have elements of romance but not towards the girls in their care. If you like Usagi Drop, you'll very likely enjoy this.

Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru.

Both anime start off as light hearted comedy focusing around daily lives of (mostly) normal teens. However, they both develop into fantastic drama based anime that focus on the realities of students. Sakurasou is better, but Oregairu is undoubtedly amazing too.

Both are series that center around time travel. While Erased is more of a real life situation with supernatural and Re:ZERO is fantasy, both feature the protagonists desperately trying to do what they can to save their loved ones. Both are also pretty dark and feature some mystery.

The reason for why these are similar is a spoiler, but after about episode 8, Chunibyo has a similar story to the second half of Kimi no Na wa. They're also both beautiful in terms of audio and animation.

- The protagonists are all young (in fact are the same age). - Both show abuse (more so in Erased though). - Both have intense scenes where the main characters hit a block. - The protagonists are trying to save lives.
