Both involve really hard to predict love triangles, where there's a calm and collected guy, a really carefree guy, and a girl who is fairly outgoing and unique. The girls also have similar feelings of insecurity in their relationships throughout the stories.

Both involve characters who were raised to have poisonous bodies. The differences are that Apothecarius Argentum isn't as dark, and the character who does have such a body chose to be an apothecary despite his condition.

Well, both involve some form of entertainment, and the lead characters are similar. Kyoko reminded me so much of Nodame personality-wise, being kinda dense and carefree, but serious when she needs to be. Chiaki and Ren are both cool, handsome guys, but Ren doesn't have the whole perfectionist attitude. The two have different approaches, but they're still pretty similar.
