Story:
This kind of isekai with a supreme queen is just a other approach of the genre. Nothing is really new, but, it's not bad. The powers and the phases are a good way of linking the arcs. The last arc is the "least bad", and you may have some anxiety while you watch it.
Art & Sound:
If you like art and sound, just don't watch. It's horrible. I may say that sound is fair, but art is a complete mess. There's a moment in the series that they start mixing 3d and 2d characters and effects, but none of them are good. The early episodes have
...
just a regular animation, but it gets really worst.
Character:
I've really enjoyed the two main characters - Akira and Yuuri. You may imagine that they develop some kind of romance during the series, and that seems like true. But, this anime is not a romance, at least not in these 12 eps. Akira makes me remember of Kira (from Death Note), mainly because of his intelligence and strategies.
Enjoyment:
Here, I may say that you'll love or hate it, there are not much people in the between. It's a Isekai story with a psicopath protagonist that recieves a good superpower. There's some girls that like him, and etc. Yes, it looks like SAO. But, they're quite different.
Overall:
It's not good, and it's not bad. I liked the personality of Akira, and enjoyed his strategies. This and the existence of Mion, made this anime some interesting to me. How ever, I don't really think most people would like it. So, if the first episode took your attention, give it a try. The series doesn't change much throughout the eps.

Story:
As you might've known, this anime is based on time traveling. And, it's far from a new persperctive. It begins with not wanting your present, and hoping you could change it, and kaboom, it happens.
But, throughout the episodes, you really enjoy the story, mainly if you're nerd/geek. In the past, there's romance and drama, and in the future, sadness and guilty.
Even though there's some cliche, it's not bad. One good thing: if you like it, you'll probably have at least a new season to watch, once the last ep doesn't end the story.
Art & Sound:
In general, that's the main point in the series. It's
...
pretty beautiful and soundful. The best scenes are based in this two elements. I recommend you to watch it in a high resolution and with headsets.
Character:
Another part that made me like this anime: when you time travel, people change. And there's a lot of focus on this. You see how Kyouya is more mature than theirs friends in the past, and you see how people get involved with his versions. By the way, you might like Shinoaki (at least, I did).
Enjoyment:
Here, I guess it depends from the watcher. I'm a huge fan of slice of life, and it really makes me like this anime. So, if you're used to this genre, I recommend you to watch it. But, if you can't stand those collegial love scenes, that's not for you.
Overall:
A quite good anime. If you like games, drawing, time traveling, geek and nerds, you'll probably really enjoy it. And, for those who is more for shonen and etc., that's a good place to start looking for other anime genre.

I'll just say one thing: give it a try.
If you're fan of time traveling, street fights, a boy who loves a girl for all his live, and all the trouble these things together could make, this anime is for you.
In the beginning, I liked the idea of the anime, but it was just one more, I mean, not really special. But, then, things started to become more serious and, specially, deep. You'll probably be wondering if Takemichy (yes, the nickname) will achieve his goal throughout the series.
Overall, you may blame Takemichy for some of his choices, and that makes you start to pay attention (or,
...
even, believe) in other chacaracters, specially the main ones. This really makes a difference.
The main negative point I'd like to say is that you shouldn't expect a true "Butterfly Effect", at least not in the beginning. But, in general, this anime is quite good. For me, one of the bests of its season. I really would recommend anyone to watch it. And, after the final episode, you'll probably be as excited as I am for the next season.

This anime tells a not common story, in a not common way. In general, the characters are not that developed, the story isn't that convincent, and they just try to fill the guy up with girls. But, I wouldn't be fair if I didn't mention there's some good (or regular) stuff on it. If you want just a kind of slice of life that uses its theme in a different way, alright, you may, at least, enjoy it. I didn't know which girl he would choose (if he chooses one) or how the story would end, and that was the only thing that kept me
...
on watching. I would not recommend it to regular people, but if you're just a lonely guy who wants to judge the protagonist (because of his 'not doing anything'), just watch it and don't let anyone see you doing this.
