This anime felt like it was written by the author for the author and nothing else. Of course in every isekai there's escapism, and in every shounen anime with escapism there's fanservice. And honestly fanservice wasn't even the main issue with this one. I could even say there's a relatively low amount of ecchi in it. However, the entire plotline is frustrating as the mc isn't consistent, doesn't really get stronger in a satisfying way, and overall gets swayed way too easily. anything else. He wants to live alone in the woods but then lets some girls live with him, and even goes with them to town instead of staying in the forest and getting stronger. It feels like his entire character and ambitions are being broken so that he can have like 10 girls around him at all times. The focus completely changes from the mc getting stronger and building a life on his own freely to suddenly him helping others and being dependent on them which completely throws you off. Plus, hes completely useless after they arrive to town and can barely even manage to get out on his own. The only aspect of the anime that could even potentially make anybody enjoy it was the huge harem of girls that the mc was somehow always glued to, and even for those that are only here for the fanservice it gets repetitive and boring at one point, while if you dont like fanservice much to begin with (i personally dont) it starts feeling like pure torture. The premise and first like 2 episodes make you falsely believe it will be somewhat decent but it goes downhill very, very fast. I've watched some weird fanservice for plot, and ignored weird plot for thoughtless enjoyment of individual scenes/animation/fights etc before but i couldnt do it this time, for your reference. It isnt traumatizingly bad to the point where I would say to never even start it, but its bad enough that I would never recommend it to anyone i want to stay friends with and would warn my friends saying they will be able to tolerate it for up to five episodes max if they started it themselves.
TLDR; the mc suddeny became a cuck and it got really boring afterwards
