Would you love an anime filled with comedic jokes with yet a trainwreck of feelings soon to come? Well, if you are a fan of Gintama, Angel Beats is tailored for you (and vice versa). It is currently the Edo period and viewers are given an insight into the adventures of Gin-chan's Odd Job crew. With a memorable cast, valuable life lessons, and a balance of both serious and comedic arcs, Gintama has earned its respect amongst the anime community. In a similar, yet unique sense, Angel Beats follows the same formula. Our main character, Otonashi, has found himself in the afterlife, filled with young teenagers with lingering feelings of trauma, regret and remorse. After joining the SSS rebel group, he along with a group of friends strive to find "God" to ask why they were punished with such conditions. Just like Gintama, the show is filled with hilarious scenarios but heartbreaking stories as the protagonists inch closer to their initial objective. Both Gintama and Angel Beats contain strong life lessons that stuck to me as a viewer. I loved both shows and I hope you give them a try. :)

Just like Re Main, Haikyuu is an entertaining sports anime. Both shows have lovable characters, that will always give you a good laugh. You really get to see how the main character and supporting characters around them grow to the very top!

If you liked Yuri!!! on Ice add

...then you might like Re-Main add

If you enjoy Re: Main, watch Yuri on Ice. Both are comedy filled, but intense sports animes. In Yuri on Ice, the MC overcomes challenges in his way to make it to the very top and earn a gold medal. This is a fan favorite that I believe you would enjoy. :)
