After 7 long years of waiting, we finally got a new season of railgun, probably the best since the start of this series.
Tl;dr: great anime, watch it.
Spoilers at the end .
Story 10/10:
The plot is great, start out as some small fun things that eventually turn into a big scheme that shows us that dark side of this city. Although there are still some niche plot point here and there (such as the part in the park where they know that a big incident will happen but still lets people in normally) but overall the story is executed fluently, the flow of the story doesn't
...
feel too slow or too fast, each episode has something to do with the plot no matter how small, and those small things combined help us know more about all the characters of this story. There are some mysteries that aren't developed in this story as well, i hope that means we will get a new season soon, because i've already read the manga and novel over and over so many times.
Art 10/10:
Great traditional anime art from the 2000s, drawn in a more careful way, animations are fluid, overall great.
Sound 9/10:
I rate it 9 simply cuz they always make Kuroko's voice actor use a really annoying voice for this character, always hate it since the first series.
Character 9/10:
All the characters in this anime is portraited really carefully, all sides of their personality is shown throughout the story, even small characters feel important enough so that we don't forget them, each and every character in this anime has some memorable part about them, even the ones that doesn't get much scene.
Enjoyment 10/10: i enjoyed this a lot, recently no much anime make me cry but this one manages to make me shed a few tears, i feel happy for the characters as well.
Overall 10/10: Great anime, below are some spoilers, stop reading if u dont want spoils.
Basically the thing i liked the most was the humane factor of this anime, Dolly and Doppelganger are the characters i liked the most, not because their personality, but because of their story, they were created by the inhumane researchers, but they somehow never became inhumane like their creators, instead they chose different paths. The part where Dolly was reunited with her 2 friends made me cry too, it was my favorite part of this anime.

Overlord has an "original" plot of a guy getting stuck in a video game that we "haven't" ever seen since Sword Art Online, apparently the plot itself is not used often enough at all even though its such a wonderful one, so Overlord has to take on the plot and do something to it.
Story 3/10: Plot is the same as Sword Art Online, but Kirito is now a skeleton who is lord of the bad guys, and Asuna is now an AI programmed to love Kirito. The story revolves around how our skeleton tries to act evil to live up to the expectations of his
...
AI servants who have been programmed to love him and loyal to him. The story is boring, slow, dull and never actually achieves anything, there's nothing interesting about it.
Art and sound 4/10: both decent, the only tolerable thing about this anime.
Character 2/10: throughout the story, his character remains boring, he's suppose to be the one of the members of the strongest guild in the game, and he's carefully planning out stuff when he can easily do it with raw power every time, and his AI servants will say that all of his actions are wonderful and have an amazing purpose every time, even though his decisions are just dull and boring.
Enjoyment 1/10: i loved the last episode, because after that i can finally say that i finished this "masterpiece" and never have to touch it again.
Overall 3/10: not recommended for anyone, the only thing thats "new" and "original" in this manga is a boring protagonist who carefully plans out stuff that he can easily do with a snap of a finger, and also he's a bad guy, mostly.

At first, i only read this manga because i ran out of things to read, i thought it would be a somewhat cute manga that has no purpose and just keeps being cute to make people to read it, but i was wrong, its actually one of the best manga that is currently being written.
Story: 10/10
The story started off simple, as it has been summarized in the synopsis, the group of dungeon explorers have to commit the taboo act of eating monsters inside the dungeon to help them advance in the dungeon as the result of many difficult circumstances. The story develops
...
in a comedy way in the few first chapters, but then continue to slowly unfolds into much more complex and interesting plot as the manga progresses. The best thing about the story is that the author somehow manages to logically explains everything that happens throughout the story, connecting all the past current events together in a smooth and satisfying way that makes us readers hungry for more chapters.
Art: 10/10
Art is drawn in a cute but detailed way, all the characters emotions and all the details are drawn in a very satisfying way that perfectly describes the characteristics of characters and the scenery of the dungeon.
Character: 10/10
The best part of this manga, each and every character in the manga is developed very carefully and logically, all the characters feels relatable and distinguishable, even the side characters or monsters. The best part is that all the monsters feel like they have a purpose, not just plain bad guys made so that the hero can shine by killing them like in other manga, all the monsters in the manga are described very logically from biological, to characteristics.
Enjoyment: 10/10
At first, i enjoyed the good comedy and cuteness of the characters, but the more i read, the more i learn that there are so many amazing things about this manga, everything about it is perfect, the anatomy of monsters are even described in a very logical way that makes the manga virtually have near zero plot holes.
Overall: 10/10
It's not even a finished manga, but the author has proven that it has the potential to become a masterpiece with good storytelling, character developments and art combined with good comedies that doesn't feel out of place or just bland bad like in other manga. One of the best manga currently.

This is a roller coaster of a manga, it takes you through a lot of plot and character development, although absurd at times, overall it makes u curious enough about what will happen next so u keep reading it till the end.
Story: 8/10
The story starts out very interesting and logical, and the development feels somewhat slow at times since the author dedicate a lot of time to describe the characters' mental. It is interesting to read since you never know what will happen next. Throughout the manga, the story feels like a roller coaster ride, the story happens in a really unpredictable way that
...
makes me feel confused at times, but overall is good.
Art: 7/10
The art is good, although it feels like a draft version sometimes rather than a fully completed version, but if u read other works from this author, you will realize its just his art style.
Characters: 8/10
Characters are described in a very detailed way, all the main characters all are developed distinctly and understandably. The only down side is that a lot of the characters in the story have some crazy in them, but it's completely tolerable since the story is set in a post apocalyptic world where people don't get to grow up normally in a peaceful and educated environment.
Enjoyment: 7/10
I enjoyed this manga a lot, the story is interesting enough to keep me clicking next chapter until the end, although the story is a little bit disorganized in the few last parts of the manga.
Overall: 7/10
A good manga with interesting plot, likeable characters that we can empathize with, and a somewhat sloppy but nice style of art.

A typical shounen manga, but in the sci fi world
Story: 8/10
The overall story of the manga is good, it starts with a big mysterious event that our main characters have to solve to achieve their goals, throughout the story, more mysteries are discovered and and resolved by the main characters, the development of the story is sometimes a bit fast, but overall smooth and logical enough for a shounen manga.
Art: 8/10
The art of this manga is very good, the details are drawn clearly and in a beautiful way, character anatomy might look weird sometimes but its completely tolerable.
Character: 6/10
Throughout the manga, a
...
lot of characters are introduced, but only some are developed, sometimes the number of characters are too much that i forgets who is who sometimes. The huge number of characters also make it so that there is little room to develop all of their characters, so the character developmen feels somewhat lackluster. However, the huge number of characters is unavoidable as its only logical to have this many characters. Another thing that i dont like about characters is how the main characters almost always get the right person that they need when they need them.
Enjoyment: 7/10
The manga has everything that a shounen manga should have, comedy, adventure, friendship, wholesomeness, all of that and the intersting story makes this manga enjoyable.
Overall: 7/10
The story is interesting enough to keep readers waiting for a new chapter, the actions does not drag on for too long, and the goals of the characters are set clearly, the only bad thing about this manga is that it has such a huge cast that there isnt enough room for the characters to get developed.

Many people recommended this manhwa but i never picked it up before since i didnt really like the art style, and i can travel back in time, i'll slap my past self for reading through 400 chapters of it just because some random guy said it gets better. Sure, it does get better, but its only better because the first season is just so horrible that it makes even mediocre seasons after it become somewhat better. Even among manhwas, its far from being one of the best, there are a lot of better manhwas than it, even the isekai/resurrection manhwas with around
...
20-30 chapters have more plot than it.
Story 3/10: the author had a good start with our protagonist being mysterious and all to get people to keep reading to find out his past, but from there on, it just keeps going downhill, i've read 400 chapters and still dont know anything noteworthy, the storytelling is poor, the author tries to tell us the stories of so many characters and trials/trainings at a time, and surprisingly none of them is interesting, and then the main plot never gets anywhere because all of these side stories keep overwhelm it.
Art 7/10: the art at the start is also horrible, the characters look like theyre made on MS paint, but it does get better after some 100 chapters or so, and its also the only thing that rly gets better in this manhwa, although the character poses are still stiff even after 400 chapters.
Characters 3/10: the worst part of this manhwa, the main character of the story is mysterious, and he remain so even after 4 seasons, we dont know anything about him aside from a few things from his past, he started off as the "i will get stronger to protect all my friends" protagonist just like in shounen manga, but he never gets anything more than that, he rarely shows emotions and rarely says anything. The main antagonist is even worse, for a bad guy, the main antagonist of the series have the worst reason ever to become a bad guy, and just like the protagonist, we rarely know anything about her except for her being mediocre. All characters other than the main guy and the main bad guy are basically there to be part of the crowd, even though the author tells a lot of side stories about these characters, we never even get a chance to get attached to them, because when the author is done telling their stories, they're thrown away to make room for new side characters, this thing happened every season.
Enjoyment 3/10: i read this because i ran out of manga to read and thought that it was a good time to start reading this, and that was the worst decision of my life, i forced my way through 400 chapters of this manhwa and barely gets any enjoyment, everytime something promising happens, the author just start to ruin it like the way he did in the last season, by introducing "new" characters, telling "new" stories, that somehow just end up like the last season, everything leads to a big battle at the end and protagonist end up having to leave his friends behind to find a way to get stronger and somehow gets new friends in the process.
Overall 4/10: main plot is barely developed even after 400 chapters, all the side plot are not intersting and the author just keep going in this pattern, art is somewhat bearable, characters are just bland and shallow even when a lot of the plot focus on their stories in stead of the main characters.
I know that everyone have different tastes, but for me this manhwa is even less interesting than some isekai/ressurection manga/manhwa/manhua by some nameless authors that only have about 20 chapters overall, even those kind of stories have more plot than this.
Dont let anyone trick you into reading this manhwa saying that it gets better, it actually doesnt.
