Yep, I can confirm that there's definitely Too Many Losing Heroines! 😜
What sets Makeine apart from all the other shows in its genre is its natural approach to romance and an actual sense of realism in its characters and writing itself.
• The dynamic between Anna and Nukumizu just oozes with chemistry and in my opinion is next to none when it comes to how well these two play into each other's roles, it's seriously just fun watching these two interact with one another because of how goofy ahh their interactions usually turn out to be. 📑
↓ → A very similar thing can be said about
...
the rest of the cast... The sheer variety of personalities you encounter throughout the show that're just as well "grounded in reality" as Anna and Nukumizu makes for a sincerely memorable experience, it's simply just very enjoyable to watch all these characters go about their daily life; from dealing with the most mundane of tasks to facing head-on against their hardships... From a normal point of view, all these interactions might just seem as only a small unimportant things but in truth, they add up over time and make for a great character development and also give the viewer more insight into the characters themselves. 📂
• From start to finish Makeine's production value is nothing short of stunning; boasting exceptionally fluid animation, lively and vibrant colours and sort of an old-school character design that just pops. The VA's also did an absolutely outstanding work with my favorite VA being Tono Hikaru (Anna's voice) which is also one of my personal favorite VA's! Honestly, I'm over the moon she got this role because I love her voice and I think the breath she gave to Anna's character is absolutely unmatched... 📈 📈 📈
• As a last thing I also wanna briefly mention the Op/Ed's; I mean the Opening is great, it's vibrant and just plain fun, but when it comes to the Endings those are the work of love and passion... in some, they literally had to improvise with new camera angles for unique semi-realistic shots in other, with a completely new art style. All that hard work for something that most people skip anyway... 📷 🎨
All in all, Makeine's a breath of fresh air amongst its genre which knows how to sincerely voice the complexities of human interactions and romance in a clear and genuine down-to-earth way and i seriously cannot recommend it enough! 💘

Apothecary Diaries stands out as a enchanting gem that not only excels in multiple aspects but also captivates you by its nature... 💎
• The art direction and animation of Apothecary Diaries is nothing short of stunning with it's honestly breathtaking attention to detail in any and every character design, from their attire to how they act, be it a lowly servant or a high ranking noble; you can always distinguish them just from these few traits alone.
• Music (ost) is also a true standout, perfectly complimenting each and every scene of the series and immersing the viewer into each one of its narratives. 🎼 <--
...
[The music is done by Kevin Penkin = +10 points!]
• As a finishing touch... The interactions among the characters are not only entertaining but also filled with immense amount of depth and charm with our main lead dynamic that's Maomao and Jinshi; these two, i swear to god, they're gonna give me diabetes by the end of this series... 💘
Albeit everything i stated above is already more than enough to prove how seriously amazing Apothecary Diaries are i still feel the need to mention few more stuff about Maomao... ↓
I love how oblivious this little gremlin is to some things... She's clever and sharp-tongued yet has a bit of a pureness in her at the same time. She's a menace that's not only fun to watch but her sole personality is the core that makes this series work. 👍🏻

I think it's rather evident that nowadays there's more than just abundance of fantasy works which makes it all the more difficult to write one where the premise of the story feels unique and distinctive enough to not feel just like another copy of a previously existing work. To me that's Sousou no Frieren; in fact, it's much more than that, Frieren is an exceptional outlier in its field that has managed "re-lit a flame of my nearly extinguished candle" and truly save what felt like an ever repeating genre.
• I genuinely believe that this series excels in pretty much every department; be it the
...
very important interactions between each and every character or just a silly joy like: Frieren's weird spells. Stuff like animation or music (ost) are also nothing short of phenomenal, perfectly complimenting each and every scene!
• Where other shows try to take rather quick approach to its story, Sousou no Frieren is... different. It's only through the passage of time and all these detours we're gradually able to understand this little elf and her true feelings... And in exchange, she's more able to understand her companions. <-- [Which to i wanna say, fucking genious writing Yamada Kanehito (author of Frieren)!]
• I just wanna briefly mention few more stuff i like about each of the main characters...
Frieren is a crazy powerful archmage... yet somehow she's also an adorably helpless morning-muffin. 🧁 Also mimics... 📦
Fern's like a beautiful rose, sweet yet prickly but caring and reliable. 🌹
Stark, my boi is genuinely the most precious down to earth dude ever; love him! 🙏🏻
• Although studio Madhouse is in the industry for as long as i can remember they went rather silent over these past few years releasing only occasionally, but that certainly doesn't mean they've rusted... Seriously, i don't think this adaptation could have been what it is without them and their hard work! Thank you Madhouse, thanks for making what i genuinely believe to be THE best manga-to-anime adaptation of all time! <-- [He-he, bold claim...]
Sousou no Frieren is what happens when passion meets opportunity, it's a tale which every fantasy work aspires to be and also a gentle reminder to cherish the people around you more whilst you still can. 😭

Honestly i've never really liked mecha genre. I think that this perspective of mine set-off mainly because of Darling in the FranXX which made me hate it.
Truthfully, this show might just have changed that perspective of mine...
• It's not only the story/mistery of Witch from Mercury which is sooooo interesting but also the dynamic between the characters, Suletta and Miorine would be the perfect example because they compliment each other so beautifully. + As a wise man once said: "little bit of gay girls in-it never hurt anyone... 🥴"
• Suletta quickly grew into one of my favorite characters, she's just such adorable, bubbly and fun
...
personality which always made me smile. Needless to say now when i'm parting ways with this show i'll definitely miss this little country bumpkin. 🧡😭 Suletta... Wasureta...~ 👌🏻
• Also, my god, the soundtrack in this show is just insane!!! <-- Hats-off to Takashi Ohmama on this one, what a chad! 🎼
• Just a small appreciation for the Op's and Ed's, especially for the ones in second season, they were amazing! The direction and meaning behind the S2's Ed was phenomal, it really felt like part of the story rather than just an ending act...
• Lastly i cannot overlook the sound-design, like, holy shit some of these sound-effects gave my straight up shivers because of how creative and good sounding they were! 🔉
Goodbye Gundam: Witch from Mercury, i'll miss you fondly... 😭🖐🏻

A wholesome anime with questionable exterior.
Onimai is without a doubt the most misunderstood show of 2023, it faced extreme amounts of backlash and slander from people just because of how it looked on the outside.
Onimai has as I said earlier "questionable exterior", but the problem is that people rush to conclusions, Onimai is genuinely well written and wholesome story about self-acceptance, growth and developing of interpersonal relationships, it really saddens me to hear people calling it a lolicon bait, CP bait, whatever you want to call it. 😥
Yes, there's some fan-service, but never anything that would cross the line! In fact most of the time
...
when some of these scenes happen Mahiro himself (herself? 🤔) feels awkward or even tries to actively avoid it.
Studio Bind pretty much nailed everything AGAIN!
Animation was fluid, visuals were simply phenomenal and colors beautifully vibrant.
I would like to especially praise the VA's because they went above and beyond with the voicing of their respective characters, especially Mihari's (Ishihara Kaori) and Mahiro's (Kouno Marika) VA's. 👌🏻
One last thing I would like to talk about is music - there may have not been that many tracks in Onimai but they definitely managed to sell their respective atmosphere really well!
So, overall, while Onimai's exterior may seem unfriendly and weird to an average anime viewer, there is a lot of wholesomeness and friendliness to be found in it. It's definitely worth a try because behind all that untrustworthy backlash lies a really heartwarming, goofy and cute CGDCT show. 🧡

Truthfully, there probably isn't anything new i'll say about Bocchi the Rock! that wasn't already said by the other people but i still wanna get my feelings out. Ok, here goes nothing, in my eyes it's the anime of the year 2022, it's simply spectacular in every way possible!
As everyone probably deduced i am in love, in love with this show! It's really rare for me to stumble across a show that literally "knocks on the door to my heart" in a single episode and Bocchi the Rock! did excactly that!! 🧡
In all honesty, it's not only about how relatable Bocchi is when it
...
comes to socialising that struck me 😅, but also about the simple interactions and unity between characters in every scene - one of the good examples being the first episode where Bocchi averts her head to avoid the eye contact with Nijika, a small yet important detail that perfectly depicts her introvert self.
I also wanna say something about the parts where Bocchi goes zone mode in her mind, CloverWorks nailed these parts, they made them so creative and expressive. It's excactly the raw emotions that CloverWorks managed to capture and put into this show that makes every scene even a small one that more meaningful.
Another dumb yet funny thing i praise about Bocchi the Rock! is that it managed to adapt "the visible cringe", yes, it sounds very stupid but also adds a lot to the show and character like Bocchi.
I am a huge K-On fan and all i can say is that: this is what K-On should have been in the first place, but it's not really fair comparing a show from 2009 against one from 2022 is it? Needless to say both of them were amazing in their respective years!
Ok, i think that's enough talking for today, just one last thing - to say the truth, parting ways after such a outstanding 12 episodes makes me sad, hats down to CloverWorks they really did went above and beyond with this adaptation!! 🎸

If Warau Arsnotoria Sun! can win one prize it would be the try not to fall asleep while watching. 😪😴
What i liked:
Like, i don't think that this show was bad in fact the artstyle was very pretty (even though it reminded me of Re:Zero style very much), voiceacting was awesome and Op/Ed just literally amazing, i especially love the Op but that's about it. 👍🏻
What i disliked:
• This show fell of very quickly on several things, the first one being that there was just sooo-sooo much talking even for Slice of Life anime standards. The main cast of characters had all the stereotypical personalities (i
...
probably don't need to explain this part) and that made the characters quite boring after few episodes.
• WARNING, WARNING and WARNING - I understand that it's a mobile game adaptation but at least try to explain the story. The dark side of the story seemed very interesting but was there only to lure you in to watch this series because in the end the two groups never even met... it was like two shows compressed into one. Not to mention that there was so many unexplained words like Bugs, Select, knights and more... (you can literally just assume what that means).
· Don't even get me started about the SNIFFING, other then it being cute it's kinda (i don't even have word to describe it, just bruh). 👃🏻
Overall if you take Warau Arsnotoria Sun! just as a SoL anime it's ok but otherwise... well you know.
I'd give this show as a SoL 5/10 otherwise it's like 2/10.
