Both shows are about growing up with romance as a subplot and heavy life drama. Tho in ReLIFE, the story is focusing more on the romantic relationship of the main characters for the 2nd half of the manga. Both also have a one-on-one romance (no triangle or other polygonal relationship). So they are a good read for people who like drama but don't like love triangle drama.

Hyouka
add

On the surface, both shows only share the same character design due to being produced by the same studio but if you look deeper to them, both have much similarity regarding the atmosphere, how the story being told (episodic except for some episodes), and where the story revolves around (school club) in both respective show. There's a huge difference between the two tho. K-On has music as one of the main focus while in Hyouka it's mystery (detective). And in K-On the character get closer as friend as the story progress, while in Hyouka they get closer romantically. Both are fun to watch and good for stress relief.
