This is a good but very confusing anime. The world lore is extremely complex, and from the start you are thrown in the middle of everything with little explanation on what's going on. It is complete insanity, an absolute energy drainer, and it gave me a headache while watching.
With that said, the story in this anime draws you in, it makes you want to understand the world of the anime and figure out what's going on. It's a tough but very interesting and enjoyable watch. I've never seen another anime like it.

I have no complaints about art style or voice acting, but the story is absolutely disgusting. I don't oppose the part when the FMC is basically sold off by her parents and brother, to the royal family to be married, since it is something that did happen in the time period portrayed. But the behaviour of MMC and the rest of the other characters is appalling.
