This Review is Being Given after viewing the Japanese Version
The fourth season at Digimon Frontier, this was the creators attempt at bringing back the faze of Digimon that was widely spread around the year 2000 but slowly began to die as the third season, Digimon Tamers, proved to be a disappointment to many Digimon fans.
In this season, the main characters, instead of having Digimon as their partners, the 'Digi-Destined' themselves turn into the Digimon. I'm writing these things out for everyone can see the pros as well as the cons of this Digimon season.
Story: 8.5/10
To put it simply, the storyline was overall good. Your everyday, rescue the Digital World from being destroyed plot line. There were many points that could be easily guessed as to the results of the ending as the story draws to a close, but it also includes its many surprise twists that will surprise you no matter how much you've been paying attention to the story and each and every detail.
There are some points where I felt like it was just repeating the same thing over and over again and eventually it became quite boring since I could easily guess what the results were going to be. Though it wasn't to repetitive to the point that each and every detail was alike, but it was still at that level that it was a bit boring to watch through.
Art: 7/10
I give this one a 7 because of the fact of many things in the art of it that particularly annoyed the hell out of me. For one, there were many incidents where the mouths didn't move in sync with the words, at all. Not just slight out-of-sync, but major out-of-sync, it didn't occur often though, which was a relief.
But. . .that wasn't the main reason this got a 7 out of 10, my main pet peeve about the art in this was how characters would get injured, major injuries, and hardly be able to stand, the next second they'd be standing and all their injuries were totally gone.
Then there were other points when the injuries would last long. It just seemed to really piss me off about this fact of the art.
Sound: 9/10
Well I could say the sound was really good! Great sound effects, I loved the opening song and always sang along to it, I also like the first ending, but when it came to the second ending it just seemed to become to slow for the way things were moving in the series and totally ruined it for me that I fast-forwarded through the ending from then on.
Don't really know what else to say about the sound so I'll end it there.
Character: 9/10
To many. That's what I've got to say about it. There seemed to be to many main characters to give to much information about. In equal amounts that is. The story plot managed to tell you about each of their actual lives before they went to the Digital World, but for a couple of the characters, it was just a single episode used to reveal some of their past, after that it didn't seem to be very important. Then there were a couple characters who their lives seemed to have almost half of the story line revolving around them.
It seems to start out with one of the characters, Takuya, having the role as the main character, but as the story plot deepens it seems that that staring role is transfered to another character. Not that I found anything to wrong with that though seeing as the new 'star' was a favorite character of mine.
Enjoyment: 10/10
I will truthfully say that I enjoyed this anime very much! Despite the things I stated before that I disliked, it was very good ^^ I became attached to some of the characters and cried when they cried, laughed with them, cheered them on, I'll never forget this wonderful anime!
Overall: 9/10
Overall this an outstanding anime! Though it may not appeal to some of those who are fans of the original (seasons 1 and 2) of Digimon. I'm sure it will be a favorite to those who have chosen this season to watch before the others. Both new and even some older fans of Digimon will enjoy this season. As unlike some of the earlier ones, it seems to be much more in-depth and much darker than some of the other season.
If you didn't like earlier seasons of Digimon and saw them as 'childish', then you may prefer this season as it appears to be a much more 'dark' type of anime.

I absolutely loved this anime, and everything about it, I can't help but give everything a 10, for some though, if I could, I'd give more than a 10, as I'll have in my reasons below
This review is being given after watching the Japanese version of this anime
Story: 10/10
You could say that this anime starts out a little slow, with the meeting of the main character, Masaru, and Agumon (once more the main characters digimon) and the introduction of all the other characters that will later play a big part in the series. it back up again, I became completely addicted to the series. Though I remember the beginning being slow (which is why I put it on-hold for such a long time), once I began watching it again I couldn't stop. I non-stopped watched the series and it's action-packed plot.
The whole storyline mainly focuses on the 'main' main character, Masaru Daimon and his digimon with some of the side main character, Yoshino Fujieda and her digimon, Raramon, Touma Norstein and his digimon, Gaomon, as well as the later introduced character, Ikuto Noguchi and his digimon, Falcomon, as they all aim to help protect the Human World as well as the Digital World from both attacks from Digimon, and even other humans.
Art: 10/10
Unlike the other Digimon series, Digimon Savers (or Data Squad as it is known in English) doesn't focus on young kids getting Digimon, this time it's older teens who get/have Digimon. The age of Masaru, Yoshino, and Touma would average around 17 years of age, with Ikuto being the youngest main character at the age of 10. With teens getting Digimon this time around, the art is a bit different in terms of the art of each of the human characters.
And yet again, the art for every time the Digimon evolve is excellent as it takes on a totally different form from the normal images that are seen during the viewing of each episode.
Sound: 11/10
This is one of the ones that I couldn't help but give it a higher rating than what's aloud here. I found myself absolutely addicted to the both of the opening and ending theme songs as well as some of the music that was played during the episodes. Sometimes I would even dance to the music while it was playing on the episode. Which was hard when I was trying to read the subs on my iPod ^^;
Anyway, the music was absolutely amazing and all the voices for the characters fit them perfectly, I have no complaints at all.
Characters: 11/10
The personalities of each character were well planned (in my opinion) and there were no 'split-personality' characters in this anime.
Each character was unique and had pasts that would later on become a large part of the series. (at least most of them)
By the end of the series, I had become extremely attached to almost each and every character, especially Ikuto, Falcomon, and Masaru, and was crying at the end because of the fact that the series was ending and it would be the last time I'd get to see them unless I rewatched it.
Enjoyment: 11/10
I couldn't say I have enjoyed a series THIS much in a long time!! Being a fan of not only Digimon, but action-packed, adventure, and comedy animes, I loved this series!! It has a nice balance of action, adventure, as well as even it's bit of comedy that almost every anime needs to succeed!
Overall: 50/50
If I kept the normal ratings of 10 for each, I'd end up with a 50 out of 50 score for overall. The anime was great, the characters couldn't be better, the music is absolutely addicting. I couldn't ask for anything better than what this anime managed to pack into its 48 episodes.
If you're looking for an action-packed, adventure, comedy, and something that you'll enjoy even if you've never watched a Digimon episode before, I know you'll want to watch this series!! Go on! Try it out, you won't be regretting it.

With time on my hands I've decided to write a review for one of my favorite TV shows out at the moment: Bakugan Battle Brawlers. Hopefully this review will get you wanting to watch this extremely good series and have you looking forward to each new episode. This is only my 1st fully planned Review, so it probably won't be that good, but I'm giving it a shot.
Story: 10/10

not seem as interesting, but as the story develops, it will have your eyes glued to the screen, waiting to see what happens next.
Art: 9/10
I don't see anything wrong with the art at all. Besides the points during the English versions (which is what I watch) the mouths moved a little out of sync with the voices, that's all I saw wrong. The way the Bakugan creatures looked during battles was absolutely amazing and I find no faults with those intense battles that come later on. The art really makes you feel the intense heat during some of the battles later in the series.
Sound: 9/10
I really don't pay very much attention to the sound, but the song during battles really adds on to the heat of the battle and doesn't make the battle dull whatsoever.
Character: 10
Almost every character in Bakugan Battle Brawlers will eventually play an important part in the series. Characters that don't show up much will eventually gain an extremely important part as the story progress' and more and more is learned about these mysterious creatures called Bakugan.
Enjoyment: 10/10
Now I couldn't give most of these such high ratings without saying that I've absolutely enjoyed this series. As I watched episode after episode I slowly became attached with each and every one of the Brawlers [Dan Kuso, Runo Misaki, Julie Makimoto, Marucho Vigaro, Shun Kazami, and Alice Kastro]
Now, during each and every one of their battles, I cheer them on and find myself overwhelmed with excitement as the episode comes to an end and I find myself hardly able to wait for the new episode to be released.
Overall: 10/10
Overall I'm giving this a 10 out of 10, I know if you're a fan of any type of game anime like Yu-Gi-Oh, or even Pokemon, then you'll enjoy this action-filled anime. Each episode will have you asking for more, you won't be able to stop once you start.
So come on, check it out, I know you won't regret it.

This anime was probably one of the best 26 episode series I have ever seen. The story line, characters, they were all made carefully and actually had me crying during things like deaths, and betrayals. If you are looking for a new anime to watch this would defiantly be the anime to watch.
The art was good but I think the way they moved their mouths and some of the actions done could have been a bit better. But that shouldn't affect the overall Storyline and the overall of this action packed anime. Throughout the whole series it had me starring at the computer screen,

I couldn't take my eyes off of it.
So if you enjoy action, a bit of blood, a deep storyline, as well as even just dogs. This is an anime you should watch.
