Both anime have a number of girls showing interest in one male protagonist. In other words, harem and also a bit ermm...ec...chi.. (a gender which attracts some men) :P Both male protagonist are oblivious of the feelings that the girls have for them. Both male protagonist have similar attitude (showing little interest in activities and giving this "how the hell did i get involved in this?" expressions from time to time) very similar artwork and original character design (the latter being done by the same person!)

Both have a nice understanding guy with a tsundere romance, with other girls also falling for the nice guy and the tsundere getting jealous over it (the predominant reasons some of you people continue watching the series after 5 episode or so). The main tsundere character (and some other characters too) also possess Magical powers to fight of the antagonist of the series and the nice understanding guy acting as her assistant. Both of the tsundere are flat. :P

Both have a hotheaded protagonist with superior strength and just loves beating the crap out of those who piss them off. Though they do have a totally different plot (One being a quasi-teacher of a class full of delinquents and the other a student and his football club life) But seriously, those two lead characters are like reincarnation of each other in different animes! The way they talk, behave, troubles others, and how they use their superior strength to solve any problems they face. So the point is, if you idolize one of the protagonist in those anime, you'll surely love the other as well!
