Animation 10/10
Very well animated, with not a single bad looking scene. This isn't surprising either with the amount of talented artists contributing. All of the fight scenes look spectacular.

Art: 10/10
Sometimes it's simple and goofy, while other times it's detailed as hell. It fits the tone of the show well. All the character designs are memorable and well done.

Story/Plot: 8/10
Fairly simplistic, but perfect for what it is. The characters are all fun and interesting to watch.

Voice Acting: 9/10
(Japanese) All of the voice actors do a great job playing their characters. Nothing sounds bad or out of place.

The animation may be horrendous 90% of the time, but it honestly doesn't bother me. I find myself thoroughly entertained by each episode. Despite the "PowerPoint presentation," the plot and characters are still strong. At the end of the day, I think that's what matters most in an anime.

Animation: 4/10
Mostly terrible, with some nice looking scenes here and there.

EDIT: After watching the final episode, I bumped up my rating for this category. Not only was a scene in this is episode very well animated for season 2, but it was the best sequence of animation we've seen in the whole series so far. ... That has to count for something.

Art: 9/10
The character designs and coloring look great, and I'd even say it's an improvement over season 1. It's just held back by the animation.

Story/Characters: 9/10
Just as good as season 1.

Music: 7/10
Pretty average soundtrack, with a few standouts. None of the tracks particularly sound bad.

Voice Acting: 9/10
(Japanese) Good casting, and very well done all around. You can tell the VA's are putting their all into it.


Overall: 8/10
