Both mangas are about two office workers, having a secret romance. While 'Can you keep a secret?' is more revolves around the daily happenings of the office and how our couple manages to improve their relationship while keeping a secret, 'Soap and sweat' has a bit more of a tweak to it. More or less the same setting, but we have an unusual aspect that makes everything so much fun, and sexier at times. The setting is in a soap company, between a man who has a highly keen sense of smell and a woman who has a condition of sweating A LOT and is really conscious about it. For the first time in her life, someone REALLY enjoys her smell.

This is a bit of a long shot and a recommendation centred around a character type but I couldn't help it. If you're a fellow hopeless fan of Tsundere boys with anger issues but has the biggest heart capable of giving love, Kono Oto Tomare! has the one you've been looking for. There won't be any mystical or fantastical happenings like Fruits Basket, but as a bonus, you will also get to love and enjoy the beautiful sound of Japan's national instrument Koto. If you find yourself finished through both seasons and wanting to have more of Kono Oto Tomare, carry on with the manga, chapter 55 onwards.

If you've liked the popular boy being interested in the reserved girl who has some sort of obstacles in a high school environment, these two are very similar.
