Apart for even watching it for fun, i gained a lot from the anime.
So if the earth falls into an apocalyptic destruction, guess who is half prepared.
the Blend of science, technology and survival was awesome. and in a way it kind of tells me that one day the earth might reset itself, i don't mean Petrification, but with the way things are going and the way the ozone layer is rapidly depleting, its just a matter of time.

Everything is great, the art is beautiful, the story line is wonderful, but the main character is disgusting and annoying. maybe I'm used to watching anime with a mature and strategic main character or with a main character that I'm sure after the first 6 deaths will learn his lesson and start acting responsibly, i dunno. and i get the whole from weak to strong issue but I'm way past half of the series and he's still as immature, annoying, illogical, selfish, and stupid.
