Slowly, they begin to accept reality and tries their best to protect their families and loved ones. Love Interest Though Hitagi Senjougara from Bakemonogatari and Yukina Himeragi from Strike the Blood are both lead female protagonists and have few similarities. Their way of thinking is strongly built and character-wise very enjoyable to see throughout the show. Hitagi and Yukina both began to get closer with the male protagonists (Koyomi, and Kojou) in every episode and became romantically involved.
