well, both series are similar to each other. both of them follow the life of a poor but smart girl that enters a host club/talent agency more or less because if money and both girls have to dress as a guy in order to work there. also, their appearances when they dress as a boy are somewhat similar. also, the other characters resemble each other too. tamaki resembles ryou, they are both smart but naive, energetic (more than the girl anyway) and they both get really hyped up when they are happy and they look alike. then, hikaru resembles ayaori, they are both the lonely type that doesn't open their hearts easily but they do it to the heroine. also, in my opinion, the art was pretty similar, too. both series were great and i highly recommend to those who like a great manga, where the heroines aren't like all the others. :D
