First of all, as a person who's very fond of dancing and took a liking to it, I just love this anime and the dancing in it, as well as the characters and its story of course.

The story follows a boy, Junpei, who loves ballet but people at school kept making fun of him because it is "feminine" but that did not stop him until an accident where his dad died occurred, he felt the responsibility to carry on the "manliness" in the family and so he decided to pursue martial arts and other manly sports as soccer and leaving behind his love for ballet.

Years ... later, Junpei's love interest, after seeing Junpei do some sort of flip, invites him to take lessons with her at her mother's dance studio, at first he would act uninterested even though deep down he still has a special love for ballet.

I think the story will show his development on how he will slowly start to embrace his love for ballet and how he will no longer be afraid to show it.

Considering it is animated by Mappa, it's a given the animation was going to be absolutely beautiful and it truly was! I have never seen something like ballet dancing being well animated and it even amazes me more they weren't going to use full-on CGI for the dancing.

It is an absolutely amazing manga with some very hype and intense fights that you will undoubtedly enjoy. It is set in the year 1600 when Oda Nobunaga was the ruler, he starts a tournament to determine the strongest martial artist in Japan during the period simply for his own enjoyment and to choose his next successor. What is even more enjoyable about the manga is that the martial artists competing in the tournament are people from real life, there are fighters such as Miyamoto Musashi, Ito Ittosai, Sasaki Kojiro etc... who I'm sure you've heard of.

The art is just immaculate from the start, unlike ... other manga with their art progressing over time, this manga already has some of the best art I've ever seen with only 14 chapters. The character designs are also really unique and likeable and I can clearly see the artist is especially good at making facial expressions because they are always ON POINT.
