In terms of combat, if not fanservice, the two go hand in hand. Crisp, realistic, and diverse action that gets absolutely brutal at times, you should be able to enjoy one if you enjoyed the other.

These are two classy looking and feeling manga, which meshes nicely with the air of immaturity that is often present. The feel witty and intelligent without being too inaccessible. And the main couples are amazing!

Change 123

Both are based around two things: martial arts and fanservice. Kenichi has a heavy focus on realistic martial arts; Change 123 on realism in general. If you "don't dislike" fanserive but thought Kenichi's was too forced, Change is much better in that regard. If you liked the fighting in Change but just want more, with more tension and impact, then Kenichi won't steer you wrong.

There aren't many other series that can take a perfectly safe, idealized world and make it feel so realistic and well-done. Kimi Ni Todoke may be the more dramatic of the two, but the feeling you get from it is the same as Yotsuba&.
