When I first heard about Karakuri Circus, I thought of a cheap shonen anime about clowns and circus, and a man fighting other clown or whatever. Well, I didn't take it seriously. And it was a slap ! I really enjoyed this show. The plot twist, the evolution of every characters, the first and second opening, everything was fabulous. A lot of various emotions in sight.
I recommend this show to everyone who loves complicated plot. It may be confusing sometimes, but it's not a nonsense.

When you mix the power of Lelouch and Mirai Nikki : you have Big Order (just reinforce the famous not-related-by-blood sister thing).
I dropped it a while ago, and wanted to rewatch it, despite the fact that the chara design is way too Mirai Nikki (they're the same characters in another universe, really...) I can't stay the nonsense. The famous ribbon scene, really. The staging of this moment wasn't made to be fun, but epic. AND IT TURNED OUT TO BE FUN. We can't take this anime seriously. Sorry if you liked it. I can't invest my time in a serie where epic scenes are such ridiculous.

Surprise ! It's a trash anime ! Well, not gonna judge you. But if you like the regular plot of a casual piece of trash, you'll love this piece of art.
The story of a loli wanting to marry a man named like her main pretendant, Oda Nobunaga #FGO #Event #Shogunate Just add some lewd cliché jokes about sex, loli and quiproquo, boom, you have the casual seasonal trash anime. It's so trashy it doesn't even deserve a 10 just for the joke. I don't even know what to write here, this anime is the allegory of nonsense. Bobobo is way more philosophical than this crappy flipping poop.

This review is spoiler free (well if you have read at least the 2 or 3 first chapters of this manga)
Story (8/10): I think this manga is really focused on the young internet users, and the progression of the ... youtube community. Everything is going darker, deeper, more trash, because the feeling of experiment with things, new concept, is easily fading out. Suicidal pranks, suicidal app (#momo), scary videos, sex on reality show ... you got the idea. More and more people needs this contents because the previous contents turned too boring for them, and it's completly natural. And I think this manga is poiting out this phenomenon. ...

A true friendship ... No, a real yaoiship between the afro guy, and the bald guy. The true meaning of life has been told. I cried when I heard the very last sentence of this anime. And I'll ... absolutly ... never forget it. When some anime tries to experiment some dumb style of humor, like elaborate jokes, Ishimada to Sakura-chan re-invented the whole concept of the humor. No. Ishoda to Mamada is the incarnation of the humor's evolution through centuries ... no ... millenaries ! Darwin was wrong. Human wasn't some kind of mid-monkeys ... |
