[Spoiler Warning]
When many think of School Days, they think of a psychotic anime about extreme jealousy between two girls who are going after the same guy. I have to agree. However, they only seem to look at what's on the surface.
Why do I like School Days? I will tell you why. And please keep what I have to say in mind while watching it yourself.
School Days is a very unique and well crafted anime. If you watched School Days without knowing how deranged it is, then you would not have low expectations of it. The reason why it is well crafted? You begin by liking
...
Makoto. Yes, you feel that he is not a bad person, just your average guy who wants to go out with a girl and maybe do impure things. What's so bad about that? Nothing, it is human nature. Think about it like this. Somewhere along the way, you end up hating him, feeling disgusted towards him. The fact that your opinion can change so quickly during one short series means a lot. When does that ever happen for you while watching an anime? Do you like the MC and end up hating them? It is rare such a thing happens. The creator knew how to play his characters right, how to change your opinion of them the best they could.
If you knew Makoto would turn out to be a total butt (someone told you, maybe, before you watched it), then you would dislike him since the very beginning, meaning none of that would apply to you and the entire series would be terrible, in your opinion. That is why ratings vary for this anime. Some rate it 1/10 and others give it a 7/10, like me. The anime delves into how cruel cheating can be to some people and how far some would go just to show others they should not cheat. Why is that such a bad thing? It is original. This anime is definitely original. It is not your generic ecchi anime. It is special.
I hope you take my words into consideration and really think about why you rated this anime lowly.

Let me just say I'm not a huge hentai fan and I only watch hentai once in a while as most plots are pathetic and it's just the same old stuff.
This hentai is different. Heck, it's entirely different.
This is an anime about three little boys doing dirty things to an older girl and humiliating her with sex toys and bondage. If you like BDSM and humiliation, you'll love this hentai. Straight up, just had to mention.
This hentai is very entertaining. It's a great hentai. Why? Because it's unique, different. There isn't penetration first thing like most hentai. I don't think there's hardly any (I'm writing
...
this after having only seen 6 episodes out of 7). Somehow this hentai is so strongly fetish-oriented it's almost funny. Youichi is best boy, so you can look forward to that.
This is not your average hentai. This is my favorite hentai, of the dozens I have seen in the past. There's actually more quality in it because there are more episodes than 1 or 2, unlike most hentai, so there is more material to enjoy. The hentai is very unrealistic but not in a bad way, making it rather endearing to watch. Please give this hentai a chance as it really is great!

Tsukiuta. is a chill anime about male idols doing fun things together and just enjoying life in general. If you're one who's into plot and character development, this anime isn't for you. It's just an anime for if you have nothing to watch and want to watch other people have fun.
The only bad thing is the CGI dancing, but the music isn't bad or anything. The anime isn't very dancing and singing oriented like Uta no Prince Sama, another idol anime. In fact, they don't sing or dance much at all, much less mention being idols. It's basically just a slice of life anime with
...
guys doing fun things.
Do I have issues with the anime? No, not particularly. Do I enjoy it? No, not particularly. It's just a nice anime to watch.

I'm tired of seeing reviews in which people go "This is a bad reflection of gay people!"... it's yaoi, people, get over it. It's girls' fantasies. I isn't supposed to be realistic! After reading years' worth of yaoi, I can say that nearly all of them have non-consenting relationships. This one is no different. Don't say it's "atrocious to the BL name", because nearly all BL are like that. Seriously! Why do people get so serious over an anime? It's just anime, and anime are supposed to be unrealistic to their very core. Who do you think watches yaoi and goes "That's definitely how gay
...
relationships are in real life!"???
Okay... done with my rant.
This anime is "different". That's the only word I have for it. You have two age gap relationships (18 and 28, 18 and 35), the first in which the seme is pushing himself on the uke and the second in which the uke tries to push himself on the seme. If you're into dominant uke, you might like this anime.
The first relationship is Usagi and Misaki, a relationship built solely on past turmoil (Usagi loving Misaki's brother but not being able to have him) and attempted rape. The relationship is built on extreme jealousy, cheating accusations, and anything but consent. Sometimes I get the feeling that maybe Misaki just has Stockholm Syndrome or something. Who falls for their rapist? But hey, it's yaoi.
There's the second relationship, Shinobu and Miyagi, a relationship built on "fate" and an age gap that the two have to overcome (Shinobu feels he's just a kid in Miyagi's eyes and thinks he's always a bother). I really don't think this is a non consensual relationship. Maybe on Miyagi's part, but Shinobu really wanted Miyagi's attention and he was the one asking to be in a sexual and emotional relationship.
Then there's the third relationship, Hiroki and Nowaki, which is a relationship full of emotional hardships, the struggle of balancing work and a relationship, and jealousy and distrust. It is a love at first sight relationship. This is probably the most pure relationship of the three as there is no real "rape" because it is obvious the two care about each other and Hiroki doesn't scream "no" or "stop" at Nowaki like Misaki does with Usagi.
This anime is entirely nostalgic for me. It was one of the first ever anime I watched, and I have seen it 7 times so far. If you're a hardcore yaoi fan, then you'll enjoy it. If you're one of those triggered gay people, don't watch it. Simple as that. This isn't an anime of lovey-dovey relationships but rather an anime about emotional distress in several forms. If you know how yaoi works (most yaoi have non consensual relationships), then watch this anime. If you're new to yaoi and dislike the concept of forced relationships, don't watch this anime.

This anime is very original in terms of the anime that come out these days. The plot was unique, the concept was cool, it had plenty of blood to satiate my tastes, and overall it was not a terrible anime.
The only thing that irked me was how often Naoya yelled "Niisan, help me!" constantly. I even counted on one episode, and the number of times he yelled it amounted to probably 8 or so. It's ridiculous how much he relies on his older brother and how he can't fend for himself whatsoever.
There is no character development. None. Naoya is still a whiny baby by the
...
end of the series and Naoto is still having to take care of him.
The powers are pretty dang cool. If you're wanting to watch an anime for a more sci-fi aspect, this makes for a great sci-fi anime. Just be aware of the fact that the characters are rather bland and the enemies are not very memorable. But the soundtrack is definitely great, as well as the action and difficult situations the characters find themselves in.
This is NOT a terrible anime. Aside from Naoya's annoying yelling, this anime is pretty good! Give it a shot if you'd like. This anime is obscure for a reason... not many people like it!

Let me just start by saying this is my new favorite anime. It was Zankyou no Terror for the longest time, but this anime stole the spotlight.
Okay. If you're looking for an anime with a bunch of character development and plot development, this anime is not for you. This anime is simply one for people who are in a bad mood and want to laugh at something. The characters' stupidity brings out comedy for this anime, as well as inside jokes and the overall facial expressions of some characters at times. The bond between the characters is humorous and not at all serious.
I refused to
...
watch this anime at first, absolutely refused it because the art style wasn't my thing. You get used to it the more you watch it, you really do, so those of you not watching it because of the art style obviously don't have experience with anime considering lots of anime with bad art are the best anime (Aku no Hana being an example). I deeply regret not watching it sooner!
The characters all have different personalities, so there's more to love. I think, in a way, there's a character for everyone to love.
I went and started watching this anime expecting little out of it, but what I got was an anime that made me laugh out loud lots of times and made me really get into its fanbase.
Some episodes are rather boring and some jokes drag on for a long time, but other episodes are very funny and enjoyable. I don't think you should drop it after episode one, as I think the first episode was a little boring compared to the others. Keep watching this anime, don't drop it. It doesn't get better and it doesn't get worse, it's just overall a good anime. It's rare that I give an anime a high rating but this one is special, it's definitely something great. I think it's often overlooked and deserves more praise.
This isn't an anime for little kids. There are adult jokes, so those who are into that type of thing would enjoy it better, most likely. While sometimes the humor is bizarre or childish, there are definitely adult jokes present. Don't be fooled!
This anime's purpose is to make you laugh at the characters and how dense and crazy they are. DO NOT watch it expecting a great plot. I repeat, DO NOT.
I could see this anime being for newbies and veterans. I think everyone could enjoy it, but not everyone SHOULD enjoy it. Get it? Anyway, watch it with an open mind and do not drop it. This is coming from someone who has seen more than 200 anime.
