Mairimashita! Iruma-kun

Living undercover as a human in a school of monsters is hard! Both protagonists know this, and that makes it more fun for us. Both anime share this idea but execute in slightly different ways. Rosario to Vampire is a slightly more raunchy take on the idea, featuring a harem of girls that flock to the main character making his undercover identity ever that much harder to hide. Iruma-kun on the other hand is a more slice of life and friendly version of the idea, gifting Iruma a starter hand by having is caretaker be that of one of the strongest demons in the demon realm. Iruma's power helps him blend in, helping his task of blending into his fearsome environment. Either way, both shows are great and super fun to watch, and most importantly will hopefully fill that hole left after the absence of either show is met.

Kaiko sareta Ankoku Heishi (30-dai) no Slow na Second Life

A 30 year old man is transported to another world! Unfortunately the action from Slime is not translated into the farming life presented in Kaiko Sareta Ankoku Heishi... but village development and fan service definitely is. While Kaiko may have more fanservice than Slime, the evolution of a settlement from humble beginnings to prosperous living is shared between the two. Though slime has more of an action tag to it, Kaiko has more of a slice of life feel. Both share comedy equally and hopefully will fill that hole that both of these series leave after you finish them and/or anticipate another season.

Seitokai Yakuindomo

Colorful characters and relationships flourish in these high school settings, though some more innocent than others. Azumanga Daiou is is the epitomy of slice of life days for students, and so is Seitokai Yakuindomo; end of recommendation. In all seriousness though, while both share the same comedic and nonchalant atmosphere, the main difference between the shows is in the amount of raunchy comedy laid out in Seitokai Yakuindomo, so do be aware of that.

Parodies of the isekai genre are sometimes hard to realize. Konosuba and Eminence in Shadow are not hard to perceive as parodies. While Konosuba takes a much lighter approach to its comedy, Eminence in Shadow takes a more dark, sadistic approach. The isekai genre is carried by its stereotypes and cliches and Konosuba and Eminence in Shadow execute these with 110% effort in the most ridiculous ways possible, so much so that it's comedic genius. Both feature producers, animators, and actors that know what the mission is and execute it to perfection.

Want action with little to think about? SAO OS isn't by any means deep nor is it short on action. With stellar SFX and lore up the wazoo, the Fate/ from studio Ufotable delivers that same quality animation and sound with an added bit of story and immense amount of lore taken inspiration from real life historical figures. The Heaven's Feel movies specifically, while not the best place to start (start at fate/zero), bring identical quality to what is experienced in SAO OS and might push you over the edge to actually dig into the Fate/ franchise if you were ever pondering it and vice versa.
