I know what you're going to say, "How in the world are these anime alike?" It's hard to explain for me but first of all I think the arts similar (both of them have very very good art) and secondly the relationships between characters are very similar. Both anime are emotional, but not too emotional. There's action but that's not the whole story. The point is, even though they're very different, they're very similar too and if you watch each one I think you'll know what I mean.

...then you might like Junjou Romantica add

I know what you're thinking, "How is a Yuri similar to a Yaoi?" They both have basically the same storyline. While one is about boys falling in love and ones about girls falling in love. Both anime go around from couple to couple showing their stories. There's also a main couple that you see a lot of and brings the other characters together. In my opinion if you're ok with the Yuri/Yaoi thing then you'll like both these anime.
