Well, it might be to early to review this, but I wanted to write a review for the first episode at least, I'm not a pro reviewer, so I'll just do what I could do, in addition, I won't be able to review everything since I know nothing about this anime, didn't watch previous seasons, didn't watch any movies.
I just found this anime on HS and decided to give it a go, and it actually worthed it.

watching the episode I got the feeling that this anime is kinda combination of " Wings Of Gundam " and " Attack On Titans "
Story : I dunno anything about the story yet, so I can't judge it atm
Art : 9 / 10
It seemed very descent to me, the art is almost perfect, I didn't see any defects so far, and just so u know, I've been watching the episode on my 3D TV, and I liked how it actually seemed in 3D
Sound : I didn't really see the opening nor the ending so I can't judge this atm
Character : Well the characters seemed good for me, but I can't judge this atm
Enjoyment : Well, despite of not being really able to judge the anime, I really enjoyed the 1st episode
Overall : Well, I can't judge the anime overall, but I'm sure I'm gonna give this anime more than 7 / 10 in the end
The Review isn't completed yet, it's kinda seed, so It's gonna be updated as the Anime progresses, sorry for my English, it kinda sucks, and this is one of my first reviews so I'm a bit confused, I can't really judge animes well, but I guarantee you'll enjoy this episode if u like animes that contain machines like Gundam or Giants like Attack On Titans

Chaos;Head, I actually liked the name so I decided to give it a shot, and here's what I think about this Series:
Story: The Story isn't really that great, it's all about delusions and how some people are gifted with the ability to turn delusions into reality, and later u know that some devices are able to do that as well, the story could be interesting and this anime could've been a great hit, but they messed it up, the story wasn't well told, it's kinda messed up all over the anime, the story is good generally, but the anime didn't manipulate it well
Art: The Art

is good, but again they messed up alot with it, for example the swords doesn't look real at all, in addition the movements suck, it isn't really interesting, the Animation is Decent
Sound: The OP is good, the Ending isn't so bad, music isn't really bad, but there's nothing special about it aswell, some character sounds is really annoying, most of them are annoying actually
Character: That's one of the best things in this anime, it is the best thing actually, the main character is really interesting, spending all of his time playing online games, maybe I like it cause I was once like Takumi is, all the other characters are varied, from cute, to hardcore girls, the characters are generally good, I did like them, but once again, the characters are messed up in the final episodes
Enjoyment: I enjoyed it a bit, but it's not really a good anime though
Overall: the animation sucks actually, the movements and weapons are really bad, this could've been one of the top 40 animes or something, but it was messed up, I wouldn't recommend that you watch it, cause it's really disappointing how this idea was screwed up in this anime.
