Very similar banter between characters in both shows, cohabitation, the girl cooks for the guy, etc. Gimai Seikatsu has a more serious tone and is basically a more dramatic version of Angel Next Door

Both share a similar dynamic between the main couple and have wild side characters. In these regards Komi takes things more to extremes. Biggest difference is that Rainbow Days has more bromantic slice of life and Komi is more moe and sparkly.

Both share a similar sense of humor - irreverent parody of old action shows - and are consistently funny. Both have OP main characters. The main differences are their secondary genres: One Punch Man has cool fight scenes, while Love After World Domination has a cute romance and is ecchi-er. One Punch Man has prettier animation, but I find the animation quality of LAWD to work well with its humor.

Both begin with the pair becoming a couple at the beginning, and either one or both of them don't know anything about the other, other than that they're cute. They gradually learn more about the other in lovey-dovey, light-on-the-plot ways and grow closer to each other.
