How'd I say? The battle scenarios are pretty much the same, competing for a higher goal, two sides, turns, etc. Bored but liked Flame of Recca? Here's my recommendation!

Finding for an anime with similar fight scene with frequents exposures just like Seikon no Qwaser? Here's the deal. I'd dare say, Freezing is much better!

Clannad: After Story
add

If you liked very touching stories filled with love, like Clannad ~After Story~. Then Hanbu no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora would make it as another ideal anime that you should watch! Unlike Clannad ~After Story~, it's straight to the point without dragging it too long, explaining the short 6 episodes of the anime itself. A great short story!

Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou

What do you get when you combine an anime with "fight" as it's genre with a fair amount of echhiness? You'd get a perfect anime. And for those who have watched Seikon no Qwaser, I garuntee that you'll like Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou! I'd say SnQ do have better fight scenes and a more definite story line as compared to IUnD, both are good in their own ways. Watch it, and you'll understand what I mean! For those who have yet to watch these 2 series, watch it NOW!!! I'd recommend no children under 15 though!

Both are ecchi to a great extent. For those who have watched To-Love-Ru, I'd recommend Omamori Himari next, or vice-versa. Be warned, not for those who faints at the sight of ecchi stuffs.

Canaan

Both are equally good in their fight scenes, and the protagonist of both of these animes both uses guns in a non-human-like manner. Though I'd say that black lagoon is more coarse in it's language but at the same time, funny to a certain extent.

Myself; Yourself

Toradora!
add

Myself; Yourself failed to pack comedy along with it but have really intense relationship build-up throughout its 12 episodes, unlike toradora's 26 episodes length. The tension in the "atmosphere" for Myself; Yourself builds up real quick and carries on long, whereas for Toradora!, it builds up really late, like the last one-third of the story. But overall, both are really good and worth watching!
