I don’t usually write reviews but this is an exception. Let’s get into it.
Overall enjoyment- 10
By far the best part of Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, I can’t wait for it to be animated, (If it even does.) My only regret is not reading SBR sooner because of how much I enjoy the series. No other manga / anime can give me the same passion as Jojo does. SBR is incredibly unique, there’s nothing like it out there. I guess the uniqueness makes it so special to read.
Story- 10
Again, I have never seen a manga with a storyline even remotely similar to Steel Ball Run. The
...
western setting is something new for me, but I am loving it. The fact that the entire story takes place mostly on horseback, allows for some very interesting fights and powers. I felt like the whole story flowed together, there were ideas being foreshadowed that made sense at the end. The ending (in my opinion) was not happy, nor sad. It was realistic, which left me satisfied.
Art- 10
Araki’s art never disappoints, bringing a whole new style to each part, complimenting the theme of the story. Part 7 had one of the most drastic artstyle change in the series, most notably the 2-page spreads and intense expression. It took me awhile to finish the book purely because I spent time looking at each panel. The detail in his shading made me buy a physical copy of the manga for me to admire in person. I could go on about the art but it’s 3 in the morning so no.
Character- 10
Hands down my favorite part of the manga. Even if the plot / art won’t convince you, the characters are undoubtedly the most realistic and likable characters in Jojo. The main character, Johnny Joestar is relatable for me, unlike most of the other protagonists. While reading I could really feel his emotion portrayed through his pain during the last fights. His character shows that everyone breaks down and wears out. To me, he didn’t feel like a hero nor a villain, rather a human who is stuck having to choose what’s best for himself, or for others. The secondary protagonist is probably Araki’s best written character so far. I don’t think I can even start to explain him, just read the book.
Enjoyment- 10
If it wasn’t already self evident, I enjoyed this manga a lot. Yeah.

100/10 Best anime I have ever watched, a masterpiece.
The Story 10/10
One of the most unique, creative and interesting plots I've ever seen. It keeps viewers interested and glued to the series, while maintaining a steady pace throughout. It really gets you thinking about the world and how you perceive yourself. Death Note has changed my life to be more mindful of my surroundings and the people I surround myself with.
The art 10/10
The art is absolutely outstanding for its time period. It changed the course of anime with their creative way of expressing emotion and lighting. The animation was phenomenal considering it was made in
...
the early 2000's with limited technology. It portrayed the manga extremely well, which many anime fail to do to this day.
Sound 10/10
The soundtrack is probably one of my favorite things about this anime. It captures the mood perfectly during every scene and really tops off the entire production. The voice acting (Japanese) is over the top with emotion. Everything about the sound design is perfect.
Character 10/10
Where do I even start. The characters are so extremely dynamic and interesting I cannot express how well written they are. The main protagonist has you felling conflicted about your own morals, and what you perceive as "good" or "bad." Every character has a charm to them and you start to root for every side of the story. There is no such thing as a hero and villain in this anime because both sides are equally right and wrong.
Enjoyment 10/10
I have watched and read Death Note over 5 times and I will always be willing watch it again. I wish I could watch it again for the first time ever.
Overall, I recommend this anime (and manga) to anyone and everyone, it will definitely not disappoint. There is so much more to say about this anime that I cant include here but thanks for reading.

This anime was beautiful, I thought it portrayed a very realistic relationship. I enjoyed the simplicity of it all, it wasn’t confusing and it was easy to follow.
I think it’s a great movie that many young lgbtq+ people can relate to. It is a good example of a healthy, well rounded relationship that doesn’t fetishize mlm unlike most other bl.
The art was outstanding and I absolutely love the animation style and aesthetic. The lighting and sound was also very fitting.
The story was average but it definitely wasn’t bad or boring. It is a
...
nice comfort anime to watch with little stress involved, except for the occasional misunderstandings that most romance anime contains. It also didn’t fail to throw in a bit of humor to lighten the mood, without disturbing the plot at all.
Overall I greatly enjoyed watching this and highly recommend it to anyone considering.

(9/10. So far, only 2 chapters have been released as of today)
Absolutely love this manga so far, can’t wait for more.
Let’s start with the plot. Since there’s only two chapters I can’t quite get into too much detail about the plot yet, but from what I’ve read, I can tell Ishida has put lots of effort and planning into this. The biology references are really fun to analyze and research and you can see foreshadowing take place in many moments that seem minor. The entire story feels like a fever dream, but in a good way. It’s one of the most unique, crazy stories I’ve
...
seen in a while.
The thing that stands out the most in this story is the art. Ishida is my favorite artist and I love everything he makes, so of course I’ll be slightly biased towards him. But you can’t go wrong with his art, everything from the expression, to the precise hand drawn details of his landscape panels, he puts his heart and soul into perfecting every page, and it shows.
Now, the characters are very unique, focusing on two seemingly different, yet very similar protagonists. I personally have never read a manga with two different protagonists, but I’m liking it so far.
The western theme of this manga is very different from what I’m used to, overall, this manga has already become a favorite of mine and I’ll be keeping up with every character.
