Gyaru. I am surprised that no one added Hajimete yet, but they have similar feels to them. Dosanko doesn't have any real conflict in it though and is just a warm fuzzy while Hajimete has a few trials that the pair has to overcome.

Surprised this wasn't the first recommendation. Kumichou is like watching the younger years of Banken-kun. Just seeing the first episode my first thought was Kumichou.

The character development and the drama are pretty similar quality in these two shows. When I watch one, I think of watching the other. Both are excellent series but not for the weak of heart.
