So the first season was fun for me as it focussed on someone leaving all the adventure stuff and just having a slow life. This second season turns into an action packed full on adventure type anime after episode 6 or so which is exactly what I am not looking for. If I did I could have started watching one of the 500 other options. It has lost its unique selling point and became generic.

I would not recommend it, unless you enjoy the generic magic and sword fights you have seen a thousand times before. Also Van the Hero is a really annoying spoiled ... brat that needs to be killed asap, including that stupid fairy that is with him. Awful characters.

I'll finish it as Im on Ep . 8 but if they are trying to get a third season going I wont be watching that.

So, this was 1 of my favorite series this season, Until they pulled this crap in Ep 6, completely ruining the main character. He starts off as down in the dumps due to his work situation. Then Zombies happen and he is released form that. You see him grow and become more confident. That is what I enjoy watching. Ep 6 introduces his old boss and completely makes him crumble in fear. What horrible story writing. He should have never accepted anything this old boss offers. So I was about to rate this an 8. I have deducted 3 full points for this appalling story ... writing. Ep 7 better pick up cause I am not gonna watch another anime where the main male character is a total pushover with no back bone. Like 99% of all anime these days.

I know I dont wite a professional review. I dont care. I just want people and hopefully writers to read this and know that there are people that DONT LIKE WEAK MALE CHARACTERS. Where is this awfull trend coming from? Woke lefties or something. Cause damn it is starting to piss me the fuck off.

Typical princess gets captured with a dumb naief dude with her. Ep4 they couldve run away 10 times over but no, lets be dumbasses.
Animation is shit. World looks pretty but I hate the way the art looks for characters. Personal issue of course.
Story is generic as fuck. Sound is also kinda wack.

Nothing else to say but the damn thing keeps bitching about me writing a book. So here's filler

I never write reviews so this will probably be of no use to anyone. Just have to write down to vent how disappointed I am with this second season, First season was already hard to get through but I had hopes it would improve and focus on 'making the male main character a better person.' The way they have written his character is absolutely ridiculous, it's completely unrealistic and plainly said f*cking annoying. I am done with this after ep 4.

Such a shame because the other characters were pretty interesting and the story could have been written in such a better way, I dont ... have hopes it will go in the direction I want it to go. But if you like weak ass main characters that cant make any decision and keep lying to their friends and family go ahead and watch this utter crap.

I have not been so annoyed and angry watching a show in ages. I literally curse and scream at my screen when I watch this. I'm done, my heart can't take it anymore.
