I don't even usually write reviews and if I did I don't think I'd give anything 10/10 in every category... except this. Seriously. If you're okay with leaving your comfort zone and watching something that will make you think and cry this is an amazing anime.
You genuinely care about every character including all the little minor roles because they're so detailed in their own ways and you can never be sure who will do what not because they act out of character but because they're complex and their decisions, both the good and the bad, make them relatable.
The story seems confusing through most of it, ... and it certainly has bits that don't make any sense, but everything that needed to be tied together was and as far as is possible it all makes sense.
I came out of Kaiba feeling like shit in the best possible way. Anything that can genuinely make you feel strongly like that deserves to be recognized, but I know people are always trying to escape from those sorts of feelings so it won't happen.
