With just one episode aired I believe we all more or less know what it's going to be about. So let me explain this a bit to those who haven't got their hands on the first episode yet.
Story : The story clearly takes place between 1st and 2nd season. As written above, it's main purpose is to shorten the gap between 1st and 2nd season.
If you've finished just 1st season, this is just like watching another episode of it. If you've seen 2nd season too, it's pretty much a flashback, but a very critically needed one. I myself was pulled in the story
...
once again and honestly can't wait to see the rest. So the conclusion : Story 10/10 .
Art : The art is the same as in 1st season and it's flawless. We get to see clearly the facial expressions, emotions, action scenes are great and so on. Gets 10/10 from me, nothing ever annoyed me at the art used here.
Sound : Sound's awesome like always. There's even some new awesome OST used in comparison to 1st season, you'll enjoy the episodes greatly as the OST used just suits it as it should. Gets 10/10 from me.
Character : Alright, we get to see only the two main protagonists from the 1st season here, Hei and Yin. Despite all that though, there are some new guys appearing to the end of 1st episode and it seems to be worth it.
The most astonishing at character is the development itself. We get to see the Yin's emotional and mental growth despite her being a "doll"... After seeing 1st episode and with the knowledge of 2nd season, let me announce that she isn't a true doll at all, just partially. (Especially with the new found power she has)
Gets 10/10 from me, flawless.
Enjoyment : This is a bit tough. If you've just seen 1st season, the enjoyment here will be top notch as it has the atmosphere of 1st season and unbelievable development of two main protagonists. If you've seen 2nd season too though, this is going to be painful.
Overall : If you get to see this and you're a fan of DtB, get some nerves reserved ahead. Currently a very long wait for next episodes awaits us all and enormous mass of people hopes there will be another season, explaining the WTH 2nd season ending.
Shamefully this is just 4 episodes, but I believe it's worth seeing it, worth at any cost =) I'm definitely sure this season is going to be top notch, so if you really liked first episode, good luck at waiting for the other three ones! =) Long live DtB!

So there's the sequel to the Love Hina + Love Hina specials. I'd like to justify this anime with better score than so far I saw other people to give it. Sure it's still with same people, who have same behaviour, but doesn't that feel like happily coming back to something you know?
Let's get to the details of anime now =)
Story 8/10 = Well, it's just 3 episodes after all so the story ain't long and that detailed, but it's well considered a sequel and hey, it finaly has what we were waiting for in the Love Hina! That specific thing really shined up my
...
opinion about the ending in overall.
Art 8/10, Sound 8/10 = The art remains the same and it's a quite good one for sure. As about sound, it's pretty alright.
Character 8/10 = Well, there's finaly a bit of change in the two main protagonists ( Naru and Keitaro ) , Keitaro's pretty much more useful now and Naru finaly gets herself to do what's needed to do.
Enjoyment 8/10 = It's not one of the brilliant animes you've got to watch, but it's definitely worth watching after you finished Love Hina! . This anime still made me laugh a lot with all the tricks put in, like samurai with chi, a girl constructing killing toys ( where the hell she got the materials? :D ) and a new kind of dilemma between the two main protagonists. If you're the person that likes cheerful shining endings that make you smile and laugh ( well, there just happens something quite funny before the complete ending ) , don't hesitate and give this a try! It's worth it =)

Don't get confused by the title and think this is rather dramatic anime with adequate romance. In the start, you have that main hero with rather creative imagination skills and drawing skills. Failing an exam to one of the Tokyo university already twice, his parents are against him trying more, so the solution is simple = He takes the advantage of a chance and becomes manager of all-girl dorm. Now this is what makes the whole anime quite light and funny. He gets across a lot of troubles, but there are a lot of comedic moments as well. It won't be precise to tell that
...
this anime is purely for relax though. I'm definitely sure I'm not the only one who finds that abnormally often "get hurt" part and that the main hero is unrealisticaly clumsy everytime there's a good chance for romantic moment. I enjoyed greatly first episodes, but then those two facts were just becoming annoying and your point of view changes from "Ouu that must hurt" to "Gosh, again". Now to the characteristics
Story 8/10 = As mention above, the idea of a guy being a manager in all-girls dorm is quite the whole base of story. The main next action is him trying to get into the university and find the girl he made a promise with to get into that university.
Art 8/10 = The art there is good enough for a nice watch.
Sound 9/10 = I personaly liked a lot the OP, the music used in the anime is pretty fine too, thus the 9/10 rating.
Character 8/10 = Well you know, it somehow feels there that characters don't show much grow. You can see some feelings appearing , but then everything's crushed by the main hero's clumsiness. So it's kind of all a wonder if he got better or not. After all, this anime is ment for relax and having nice time ( except the two bad facts written above )
Conclusion = If you're looking for an anime with moments to make you laugh and enjoy the time, this definitely won't be a bad choice ( well, only maybe if the often "get hurt" and clumsy part would annoy you enough to stop watching the anime ). If you got the free time to watch, give this anime a try. After all, you never know until you try, do you? =)

I just finished that anime after 2 days and I have to admit I'm fascinated, it rightfuly won a place between my favourite 5 animes on this web site. Let me explain all the parts now then =)
*My apologies, might contain spoilers*
Story 10/10 =
The story of this anime is truly amazing when you look at it from the eyes of main protagonist. You survive a horrible tragedy by a man you never knew, you get killed and revived by a girl that should be your rival, you summon a knight full of pride and learn just what the hell is going on. You're assumed by
...
all others to be naive, your ideology about the main event is completly different to others. Even through all this, the main hero struggles till he loses his consciousness, even falls for his own servant. The ending of story touched me greatly, I just wish there was a sequel.
Art 10/10 = The design in anime is of a great quality, fighting effects and all surroundings aren't cheaply drawn. For those who like animes with nice quality, this anime is a good chocie.
Sound 10/10 = I find the music used really suitable for the anime's story and events in it. I do not know about others, but there were moments when my emotions just spread even more with music playing to a specific moment, be it romantic or of bravery in fight.
Character 10/10 = You really see all the characters, that the story goes with, to grow with each episode. Believes change, they realise a lot and all to the better.
All characters there have their unique past and we learn a bit of it as the episode goes, always quite amazing the point of view about the characters.
Enjoyment 10/10 = If you've got enough free time to watch an anime of 24 episodes, I really recommend to watch this. Though, I'd like to point out that this anime won't be really suitable for people who prefer the "flawless" happy endings. In my case, I felt like crying , filled with emotions, at the end of the anime. Otherwise, this anime has many comedic situations and light atmosphere, but it also has these dramatic moments and high tension. Just like it goes in real life, one part of the day is light and all's right, then suddenly the day becomes "hell" or very dramatic/romantic, depending on what's going on.
Now, if you're going to watch the anime, have nice time watching it =)
I still hope there to be a sequel one day.

The anime's surroundings are based around high school, just like in the most japanese animes about romance. Although, all have those specific unique aspects, that other don't.
At first, watching first episode, I was about like "I've seen similar somewhere. I'm quite sorry for Ruuji, must hurt" and so on. Basicaly, It just didn't grab me.
As I was watching further, the character development actually grabbed me a lot. You see, the facial expresions for every moment, word, are pretty accurate. As well as we don't get those big faces with extra eyes for special expression, which makes it quite pretty more realistic. After all, words ain't
...
everything, actions speak louder.
We see how characters develop in rather a bit unexpected way. All of the characters we see there bump into specific troubles and we slowly find out who they really are, showing you that first impression isn't really everything.
I myself honestly like a lot all the opening themes. First one being quite energetic, second rather more serious, but still, it fits the story well.
Character voicing was quite awesomely done, I was all grabbed in, looking for all expressions, tone of voice everywhere and I just enjoyed it a lot.
I agree with previous previews, it has flaws, nothing's perfect. But, this is a rather unique romance anime, that I don't mind rewatching and definitely recommend to everybody that likes romance and wants to understand emotions better, after all, there's some true knowledge in it, that helps in real life.
Overall rating 10/10, because it gave me a lot of precious knowledge, enjoyment, emotional understanding and a way how to use my free time =)
