Haven't written a review in god knows how much, but I decided to write one today. It's going to be quick and simple:
Story: 7
Baki is not a show popular with it's in depth stories or whatever, but this single movie-episode? surprised me. Because it is a combination of 2 different shows the dynamic is great(since they are very similar). We got some sneak peeks at the end of the episode, where the prisoners from season 1 are shown.
Animation: 6
Animation hasn't every been a strong part of Baki, but this time it really flopped. It was basically a slideshow. The art is still great, so I bump
...
the score a little. They also managed to integrate the 3D look from Kengan into Baki, so that was cool as well.
Sound: 7
Sound was a bit funky. There were moments were a single sound effect was repeated 10–15 times in a row. The music wasn't diverse, but it was still good.
Characters: 8
Classic Baki characters. If you have liked them up until now, you will like them here as well. The Kengan characters are very similar so they were a nice attribution to everything.
Enjoyment: 8
I still enjoyed it a lot, but that may be because I am a Baki and Kengan fan in general, so the two combined is pretty epic. The episode was a bit too long with all the dialogues and backstories, but that's just classic Baki. It could have been a 30-40 min episode, not 60.
Overall: 7
It isn't something groundbreaking and new, but it's a fun watch.

i really am bad at writing reviews so let me be quick with this one
SPOiLERS
Story: 7
guy gets all the blame for killing his WHOLE FUCKING CLASS idk how this can be possible, but don't worry he hid the weapon that's how. he gets sent to some fucking prison, where the prisoners do shows, bla bla bla. the person that kills his class is actually his best childhood friend and it was a little bit obvious, but at least it wasn't blant. and that's it the show ends on some fucking random scene and yea no season 2.
Art: 8
It was ight. the worst thing was when
...
something happens and they just cut off to the ceiling or to a white screen so they don't have to animate it. its okish for 2011 i guess
Sound: 8
the sound was cool cus it had metal, yea
Characters: 6
THESE FUCKING CHARACTERS
mainly the mc. i get that his class was killed and is being sentenced to a death penalty, but man come on, it isn't that hard to not cry every single fucking episode. and in times there are some obvious things happening and he cant process any of them and like 2 episodes later he gets what he's done and regrets it. could have been lower, but he is maybe the only annoying and stupid characters, the others are ok i guess
Enjoyment: 7
i couldnt watch more than 3-4 episodes without a 2 hour break. but i watched it, so i guess it was enjoyable.
Overall: 7
its probably a 6 tbh but i cant give bad scores idk y

Spoilers obviously
Story: 9
The story in 6 words: There is an impostor among us
There are some flops here and there and that's why I gave it a 9, not a 10. So there is a mysterious class 3 that has a curse. The curse started 26 years ago when a student named Misaki died and everybody pretended he is still there. Our protagonist is in this class 3 and has to deal with this curse. The curse itself is that every month a person from this class or relatives to that person dies in an unusual way, it may be a tree falling on you, umbrella
...
through your neck or even a fucking excavator going through your house killing you. That's the basics of it. As the story goes on there are a lot of plot holes being filled in. But there are some things that remain unexplained. There is a girl in class 3 called Misaki, that has nothing to do with the boy that died 26 years ago. Her left eye is fake, but it can somehow see who is dead and who is not. There is a hospital without floor 4 on it, but it wasn't explained why throughout the whole show. The girl Misaki a twin that was also called Misaki, but we find about this in the last two episodes. But those are some small things, nothing the breaks the whole story apart, except the eye. That's kinda unfair because in class 3 there is one person who is actually dead but they don't know it and nobody around them knows it. And once the calamity has begun the only way to stop it is by killing this already dead person. As I said Misaki can see dead people, so she knew all along who the dead person was and could have told everybody, but she decided to keep it quiet. Because of that 10 people died, except one, that was already dead.
Art: 8
The animation was good, but it wasn't beautiful or something. The death scenes were all gory tho and I loved it. The whole reason I heard about this show is because of a recommendation on Youtube, showing a clip of the first person to die. The characters are really screaming ANIME with their big eyes and just anime looks.
Sound: 9
The sound was amazing. Not just the music and the opening. They were awesome as well, but after all, this is a horror anime. And the moments without music, where there was only quietness and footsteps or breathing were the best. Those moments make your heart beat faster and you start wondering "is somebody going to die".
Characters: 9
I didn't really found a character that annoyed me in this anime. In most of the shows I have watched, there is always the one character that I really hate. But surprisingly there weren't any like this in here, so bonus points for this. Now don't get me wrong. There were at least 3 or 4 moments where the thinking of these characters was unreasonable, but to give them the benefit of the doubt, all of these moments were in the last episode, the most chaotic and gruesome one. MC is kind annoying and dumb in some scenarios. but I dealt with him.
Enjoyment: 9
I really really hate horror genre. Doesn't matter if it's a book, audio, movie or and animation(anime). But this one here, I loved it. It wasn't scary because of monsters or jump scares. It was scary because it showed you what people would go through and what they will do if they knew they were going to die. It really reminded me of "Final Destination" in the moments were the characters died in unreasonably stupid ways. In almost every episode my heart was pounding and my hands were all sweaty because I was wondering if someone is going to die right now, right here.
Overall: 9
If you are searching for some gory anime, something that can make you at least a little bit worried or scared for some people then this show is a great choice. It's similar to the "Final Destination" series, but they don't know who is next and they know how to stop it.

There will be spoilers so read at your own risk.
Story: 6
The story is pretty basic and it's nothing special. Some kind of virus makes humans turn into giant insects. MC parents die, he wants revenge. In the beginning, he is so fucking weak, at the boom he suddenly becomes OP. And that's it basically. It isn't even explained where the virus came from, how does it exactly work and what I do to the body. The final episode is the worst because there are at least 3 scenes, leaving us with cliffhangers only.
Art: 8
The art is pretty basic for a show from 2014. Nothing
...
special. The monsters are made up from CGI and I have to say that it ain't half bad. I am actually surprised at how good they are made. The animation itself is meh. Once again nothing special, standard stuff. I give it 8/10 and not 7/10 only because of the CGI.
Sound: 9
I have to say that the sound is almost 10. The only reason it's a 9 is that there aren't many different songs. Around 20, which do get me wrong is a lot, but they use them non-stop and they get kinda repetitive. But they were really well made and gave a great impact on the fighting scenes. The OP was also really good.
Character: 6
I could easily give the characters a 4 if it wasn't for 2 characters the carried all of it. One of these characters died and the other one is a so-called villain. All of the other characters were either lolis or some basic ass anime MC vibe character. Oh, yea and all of these lolis. They really lowered the score for me. The whole show is based on them after all. The thing that annoyed me the most was that there was fan service with these lolis(loli - "Young girls from Japanese media, YOUNG GIRLS").
Enjoyment: 7
Well, I already said it all. Characters were annoying but I somehow managed through them. The animation was fine. Battle scenes were cool. The sound was awesome and the story was mediocre.
Overall: 7
It isn't anything special and it isn't bad in any case. If you are into lolis you are creepy and weird and you should watch this.

So, this is an anime where Hitler is fighting against god. The review will contain a few spoilers, but nothing groundbreaking.
Story: 7
The story is about great warriors from different time eras, that died in their last battle and are now coming to a new world full of fantasy creatures like Elves, Dwarves, Goblins, Zombies, Dragons and much more. Supposedly their purpose in this world is to fight against "The Ends", which are the "bad" creatures in every fantasy story: zombies, dragons, piglins, goblins and the supreme leader, who is non surprisingly a Mage. So our heroes are supposed to defeat them, it's not their duty,
...
but if they don't do it, sooner or later they will die and after all, they are heroes, it's their job to save the weaker ones.
Art: 8
The art is interesting. It really reminds me of Hellsing, maybe, just maybe because it was made by the same studio that made Hellsing. Yea that's pretty much it. The animation is good with a lot of gore, characters designs are really good and beautiful.
Sound: 8
To be honest I didn't find anything special in the OST. The music was good and all, but I didn't find any piece that I would listen to weekly or even daily. I noticed that they used some classical music at some parts, but honestly, that's all I can remember.
Characters: 9
There was a diverse collection of characters. Even the side characters were interesting to learn about. And let's not talk about the main characters. In the official wiki, there are 3 main characters, but for me, every drifter Is a main character. They have different personalities(no shit) and understanding of the world and war because they are all from different eras. We have a samurai, cowboys, pirate, the leader of the fucking Japanese army or something I am bad with memory, a modern aristocrat and I think 2 emperors, one of Rome and the other I don't know. The samurai has a fetish for heads I guess, the pirate is a great strategist, the cowboys are just cowboys you know... And so on and so on.
A little spoiler ahead
The creator of the human empire is fucking Hitler goddammit. And I think the leader of the Ends, is Jesus Christ, but don't quote me on that.
End of spoilers
Overall the characters are great to learn about and interesting to watch.
Enjoyment: 8
I really enjoyed the show. It had its great battles and peaceful moments. Of course, there were some moments where I kinda got bored, but 10 minutes later my interest was back to a 100.
Overall: 8
The show is missing some components. The story could be better in my opinion. The art is great, but the animation could be a tiny bit better. As I already said, there wasn't anything really special about the sound, but this doesn't mean it was bad, it just wasn't anything special. The characters are amazing and to be honest, I could give them a 10, but I decided to leave it a 9. I really enjoyed the show and I would recommend it to anyone that has some interest in isekai, war or action overall. Forgot to mention it is really really gory, which is a good thing for me, but some people may not like gore so it's up to you.

Reversed Isekai ladies and gentelman.
This is my first review so bear with me.
Minor spoilers
Story: 7
A demon lord loses a war against humans, so he is forced to flee for his life, so he opens a gate leading to modern Japan. There he loses most of his power and doesn't have any knowledge of what is happening around him. Then surprise surprise, his sworn enemy went through the gate before it got closed and they are now in a world where they can't use magic
...
but are still enemies. So it is an adventure where she sees the "Dark Lord" has changed and is now the opposite of evil. Because of this, she is having second thoughts about him and in the end, she couldn't bring herself to kill him.
Art: 8
The art is great. I was actually surprised to see that there were a good amount of decently animated fight scenes. The character designs are kinda dull, especially the main character. Other than that the animation itself isn't half bad.
Sound: 8
To be honest, nothing really stands out from the opening, OST, or ending. The opening is fine I guess, didn't even remember the ending, there are a few good OST, but I can honestly remember only one, and it is "The devil regains his strength". It is basically the main battle theme. It was fine I guess so I am giving it an 8, but it is closer to 7.
Character: 7
Ok, there are like 6 characters: Main character, sworn enemy of the main character, the high school girl who has a crush on him, "we were bad, but now we are good" guy, a girl that nobody expected to be evil, and an even lesser amount of people expected her to become good eventually, and finally the main character "slave" if I can say, more like the equerry of the "Lord", his best servant, his main commander and his best friend. They honestly have predictable personalities. There is some character development I guess. The high school girl realizes that the MC doesn't have feelings for her, the main servant loosens up a bit, because at the beginning he was doing any and everything for his "Lord", but at the end, they talk casually and act like friends. And I guess the MC nemesis, realizes he isn't even evil and finally let him be.
Enjoyment: 8
I know that It seems like I didn't really enjoy this anime, but overall, if you can't enjoy this one, then I wish you good luck finding any enjoyable isekai comedy, because 80% of them are like this, with a little bit different plot. I also know I critiqued every aspect of it, but still gave it like 7 or 8, but hey that's fine. Because there isn't an amazing story, original characters, brilliantly animated scenes and sound that is equal to an opera or symphonic orchestra, doesn't mean the show is bad. It is still enjoyable with quite a bit of funny scenes and character interactions.
I would recommend it to anybody that doesn't really have any idea what to do and just wants to watch something to pass the time.
Overall: 8/10
