[manga reference, no spoils]
It took 7 years to get were we are now, we saw those three kids grow up, we saw them fighting for justice for humanity, we saw them losing friends, family, suffering and keeping moving forward with the hope one day they would kill all the titans, we thought they were fighting the enemy of humanity but now, after 7 years everything is fucked
This anime doesn't look like it will have those types of finals that leaves a feeling on you of enjoyment, this is now a tragedy and I doubt it will have a "happy" ending

series hoping that one day we could see Eren kill the last titan on earth, the ending we wanted is now impossible and there's nothing they can do, there isn't a right side anymore, you just watch from all sides and.. feel bad for everything, no matter what side you pick you will just feel bad.
This Anime is a Tragedy and it's everything we hoped wouldn't happen, most animes try to give that sense of satisfaction when you get to the end, this seems to be the exact contrary, you will feel like you watched the story of these people rise just for at the end everything going tumbling down
This opening isn't close to show how sad this last season will possibly be

When we started watching this show we never thought it could ever turn into this type of war anime, the author really did a good job of creating this story and the way he guided us throw the years to this point was really good
Art 8.5/10
Could always be better but it's good enough for this type of anime, my problem here is MAPPA, I don't really like their CGI, it's too noticeable and out of place unlike Wit
Sound 10/10 I don't have to explain
Characters 10/10
Unlike previous season this time the characters are very well written, it even looks like the characters were "shit" before just to give them this development now
Enjoyment 1/10 or 10/10
It does a perfect job of making me feel shit so idk if that's a 1 or a 10

What a waste of money this show is.
The only good thing about this show is the world setting.
The story-telling is actually so bad, and the animation is even worse.
World Concept 6/10 - Could be a lot better with some more effort, but it doesn't really matter since everything else below this is $h!t
Storytelling 2/10 - The story is okay, it's interesting enough for me to watch it once per week even with everything else being pathetic, sadly they aren't really focusing on the main story concept so far and in the last episode some random girl shows up out of literally nowhere to save the
...
MC, and her dad which she hadn't seen since she was a child is just right behind her
Art 2/10 - Only the three main characters have a decent art, a 5/10 at best, the backgrounds are bad, the colors are bad, the details are appalling, and the monster design looks like something I would take from a Nintendo 64 horror game.
Animation 0.1/10 - Won't give 0 since there's still animation in it. the CGI usage in this show is awful, the movements are so un-fluid. I don't have much to say about it, it's the weakest point of this show.
Sound 1/10 - Probably the cheapest music they could find out there to use in the anime
Characters 3/10 - Fundamental Student level writing, there's 0 character development and the guys just start simping for the main girl for no reason.
The only non-horrible character is Sensui which is what makes a 3 being in there, otherwise it would be a 0/10
Enjoyment 4/10 - Depends a lot on the episode, some are 2/10 others are 6/10, the world is interesting enough to keep me watching one episode per week. Would never watch this show as a non-season anime.
Overall 3/10 - It's sad, the concept is enjoyable but everything I see is someone who had a little too much money and had to waste in on making something

This is my first review
1st score: 7 (12/50 eps)
I decided to do this because I think it's the first time i get disappointed after watching so many (20+) episodes of an anime.
It's just awful how they destroyed this adaptation, specially the animation, more than half the shots are just frames moving around the screen, they didn't do justice with the budget. After I started noticing how many stand-alone frames they used it just killed the anime atmosfere.
The music/OSTs are cheap and mediocre, barely enough "hype" for the scenes.
The character development after the initial ones from the fake basket club is at best mediocre. All

personal problems are just solved out of nowhere.
They focus way too much on the matches. When you have such low quality animation the best you could to would be focus more on the background stories (ex. sora's mother, madoka's relation with sora, Tobi's family problems. It could have a decent story development even with this low quality produced anime. Instead, they just focus on the mediocre basket matches and the backstories are almost forgotten after a couple of minutes they are shown.
I started with a 7.5 in this show but I'm forced to lower it to 6 at best and if the Climax of the anime don't get this better I'll give it a 4, the only thing making me stick to watching it is that I already invested so many episodes into this show and it's a weekly show, as for now this show has almost 0 value of watching if anyone want to watch it after the season is over

more than the avarage episodes for 1 season's anime have passed and I still don't care about most of the characters, the story between the tobi's sister and sora's mother still makes me interessed but the producers still seem to not care about it. this anime is getting less enjoyable every week, its always the same thing, no more character development, same jokes, same boring games

In the last episodes the show really started being better, the animation is still garbage and the first half of this show was bad as i said above. This said, it was worth watching until now for this last episodes, it wont fix any of the problems it had before and with this quality the max i would give would be a 8 if everything else was perfect, but it's not. either way I will jump my score to a 6
