Two girls (Tachibana and Wakabayashi) with very similar personalities who are in love with an older man (Kondou and Hige) and work in the same place as him. And in both animes, this man does not perceive the feelings of the girl and for a time thinks, that in fact is the opposite. The difference is that Ojisan to Marshmallow is a short anime and is more focused on comedy.

Cute girls who are hired by the government to fight creatures that cause chaos in humanity (Gastrea and Aratama). In both anime, these government officials receive training. Apart from that in both, different teams compete. But in Black Bullet, it's not just girls who are hired and also have guns.

-Both protagonists are apparently similar (short red hair, green eyes), in addition, they also have a slightly shy personality.
