Title: A protest against the trivialization of war and Gundam's influence in this issue
The events of Gundam War In The Pocket occur one year after the events of the first Gundam anime and follow a major espionage and sabotage mission ordered by Zeon's military, whose goal is to obtain information about the development of Federation-made Gundams to be piloted by NewTypes, probably the same gundams we see used by the Titans in Gundam Zeta. This operation manages to work due to the presence of our protagonist Alfred Izuruha, a boy so fond of video games and toys that he ends up
...
getting bad results in school tests. His games and toys are something very important.
Alfred's favorite games are about Mobile Suits facing threats to a fictitious colony and a generic shooter using a plastic rifle. As time goes by, he becomes somewhat bored of his games, after all, they have become dull after he has been able to see Mobile Suits in action in person. Alfred ends up contributing to the Zeon soldiers' operation because he believes he will see Mobile Suits in action again and get another exciting experience that he could never get from his games and toys.
Therefore, the sale of products that use war as a mere aesthetics, such as toy weapons and electronic games, have trivialized what war means to the population, making Alfred unable to comprehend how horrible the consequences his actions would have.
I believe it is redundant to say that a Gundam directed by Yoshiyuki Tomino is an anti-war work of art, but War in the Pocket recognizes and wants you, the viewer, to remember that previous Gundam animes were anti-war. For, by depicting part of our history in a storyline, we direct some emotion of our own into this storyline. Tomino did this with the original Gundam where regardless of what fantasy elements were found in the world he created, his hatred of war and its consequences especially on the childhood of children and teenagers was unmistakable.
But unfortunately the influence of his work ended up becoming fundamental to the great Boom of anime, manga, and diverse cultural products that trivialize war by using it only as an artifice to have big explosions, fictitious weapons, and mechas.
That is why the subtitle of this anime is specifically War in The Pocket and not something like War in a Nutshell. It is no longer a story about the evils of war, but rather a story about how we should not forget what a war actually is, a story about how we should respect each incident and its victims. I don't know which specific works bothered Tomino, or if it was just a discomfort with the products stemming from his own series, but Gundam War in The Pocket hates all of this and demonstrates it brilliantly.

At first, it all begins when teenagers from a class travel to a dark and empty world filled only by their school, while totally ignorant of their situation. After a short time, they begin to organize themselves socially and establish power relations among themselves, but our protagonists refuse to participate in this, why? Nagara shows himself to be an extremely passive person, following what is ordered and what will cost him the least effort to accomplish, but this characteristic ends up being confronted when Nozomi, the only character who does not wear the white uniform of her school, begins to interact with him, because just
...
like Nagara she does not consider herself part of the large group that was forming but for a completely different reason: Nozomi is a free spirit who prioritizes fulfilling her desires rather than conforming to collective need, such a personality is what will guide the development of Nagara, our protagonist and observer.
As for the plot of Sonny Boy, which is extremely fantastical and surreal, there is a clear division of its story into two parts. The first focuses on the previously described organization that the students have made among themselves and their goals, some wishing to blindly follow the one who stands out and leads them, while others just wish to go home, this results in an exploration of the universe where, as the plot progresses, we learn that the students are not bound to a specific world, but to a set of infinite interconnected worlds which contain individual rules that must be followed to the letter or are just a feature for the world to function, some of these rules are insane, some are fun and some make a direct analogy to our society. Such a universe underscores Sonny Boy's undeniably strong points, which are its direction and animation, through several unique, beautifully crafted worlds, with some more like the earth we know, others more abstract and insane.
However, after a certain plot twist in the middle of the anime, we have the second part of its plot that focuses entirely on its protagonists, which for me was the true brilliance of this work. I admit that I definitely could not extract everything that was presented to me by this anime in this sequence, but following the individual conflict of these characters (direct consequences of the power relations between the students as a whole) was spectacular. The animation of their faces in their respective emotional catharsis, the dubbing, the use of animation as a media medium...Everything was intense, emotional and extremely striking. I decided not to expand on this because I believe it should be seen and reflected upon by each of us.
Sonny Boy is the anime of the year and was extremely authorial, from this I am interested in following all the new anime directed by Shingo Natsume. Without a doubt he has established himself as an industry standout after doing such exquisite work.

A story that starts with groups of people from different backgrounds using weapons based on their convictions in the conflict. That sounds like a story with "text" behind it, doesn't it? No, it doesn't. Back Arrow is a big pile of clichés, not only of mecha but of anime in general, this is not necessarily a bad thing but Back Arrow is a stupid story that keeps you wondering whether to take what is being said seriously or not, because although everything seems to be done automatically, the anime does take itself seriously. If there is one thing I will take for life that I
...
gained from Back Arrow it is dislike for Fine "Love" Forté because she stands out among the worst characters I have ever seen in an anime (Of the anime I didn't drop at least). Honestly this anime seems to be a money laundering scheme, previously I was saying that as a joke but maybe that's a good justification for what this disaster was. But don't worry, although it is a collection of bad stuff, Back Arrow can be fun if you are able to embrace and enjoy how bad it is.

SSSS.Dynazenon is the second anime in the Gridman universe, just like the tokusatsu and the previous anime, SSSS.Gridman, this one uses Kaijus to represent something. The theme is bland and even simplistic, but it is represented through the changes the characters have after becoming close and confronting the conflicts of their past, after all in SSSS.Dynazenon the kaijus are born from the wills of humans. All this is shown to us through EXCELLENT direction, it's amazing and becomes even better when you notice parallels between previous scenes (Some from SSSS.Gridman). Also, SSSS.Dynazenon is a very exciting and well animated anime, the fights are amazing especially

the one in the final episode, very epic. Summing up... I LOVE IT

About the period between chapters 1 - 116:
This is art. Fushi's learning process about what is the world around him, about what are the living beings that make up this world and what is in fact a living being is beautiful and very well told. The bonds he forms with humans that become important in his journey are bonds that become part of the reader, especially when Fushi realizes that they are all passengers and that he must draw some conclusions from them that will influence his development as a person and not merely be a mere living being.
This manga period
...
has several emotional catharses while showing a charming medieval world with great art.
But what about the second part that follows after chapter 116? It is undoubtedly inferior. It is fun and you, reader, realize that there is a possible discussion there, but what would be the purpose? How will this initially presented "reconnection" that started this arc work with the supposed conflict over "peace" offered to humans who give up living? The second part seems totally lost. For now it has a number of chapters similar to when the story introduced us to Gugu, perhaps the most striking character to the reader on the Fushi's journey, do you understand the difference in "quality"? It is as if the narrative has not developed something.
I believe that it would be better if the author had a hiatus before that, that she could work better this period or had just finished the story during chapter 116, but I still hope for a good resolution coming from her about this conflict between the Reconnection, the withdrawal of the life and the consequent "peace" (which in the previous period was generally associated with the freedom offered by death).
It's a good manga!

The existence of this film saddens and infuriates me.
It is an absolute waste of potential. Gundam CC should at least be a 24 episode anime instead of this ridiculously hurried movie that made me have headaches in its 1st act, while the rest upset me because of the lack of development that we, the viewers, had from the events. Gundam CC is the conclusion of everything we saw before and MORE, MUCH MORE that we didn't see, I was disappointed.
As I need to write a little more to post the review, I say that this film is worthy of being called "Gundam Speedrun any%". That's

I finally finished the Diamond at Ace Act II. I was very disappointed, the end of the madhouse x production ig partnership was too heavy, apparently the madhouse was left without the rights to use certain animation cuts that were used a lot, mainly from the pitches, in addition to the filter change "bothered" me 'enough, the previous seasons are brilliant while this looks like a Zack Snyder movie. In addition, the author changed the way he narrates the matches, they started to have less individuality and became shorter, this is not necessarily a bad thing, but the only 2 important matches of the season
...
were very warm, that of Nacional at the beginning and that of Yura Sogoh in the end, all matches from previous seasons were better. 6/10 for this season
