Main difference is that people in Baki can achieve superhuman strength and skills, though they all are still basic things, effectively making the series about raw fighting. Setting and background are different, but who cares; it's the guts that counts!

Both have exaggerated harems. Isekai tries hiding it, Conception does not, at all. Both mc's are kind / naieve. Both got people helping Mc's romance bloom. Both have a magical teddybear with a rude perv personality attached to them. Isekai's end could have been Conception's beginning, with that many wives in prospect. Main difference is that Conception is the most straightforward cencored harem ecchi anime ever: it's even in the name. Although, smartphones are for hentai.

Fun cooking anime! Piace consists of short shorts with adhd pacing and still manages to tell complete stories in just few minutes. Not so much shonen but very moe adorable! ^^
