I first picked up Volume 1 at my local library, but I was putting off reading it. The only reason I actually picked it up was because I thought the art was good. I read the first 15 pages and then... I just couldn't stop. Kira and Rei are so relatable. I read the whole series in about 4 or 5 days because I couldn't stop thinking about what would happen next. The art is amazing, I've fallen in love with it. Even though the story line isn't something I've never seen before, It just touched me. A love story about a bad boy ... with a love for bikes, and a shy girl with a love for art. But, the story goes so much deeper than just that. And thats why I love "Mars".

I think this Manga is adorable! I am a teenager, and I found this book in the kid section. The art just kindof pulled me in. I think this book would be great for beginning Manga readers.
