Despite how short it ended up being due to SJ axing it, Green Green Greens was a very strong manga for the niche that it was in. Conventionally speaking, golf isn't something that most would consider interesting, but this one felt different from the moment I saw the first chapter. I stuck with it through the initial few chapters because it seemed there wasn't as much of an emphasis on golf as there was on the main character trying to find something new to do with his life, and how introspective he and the other characters were about their goals and ideals. It seems as ... though it would resonate very well with most young adults or people within Yaesaki's age group because of the notion of trying to find purpose within the stuff that you do. That age range is pretty difficult to navigate, and Terasaka did a great job of capturing realistic thought processes of the matter within the manga. The secondary characters all felt like they had their own purpose and were all well thought out from start to finish.

I truly do hope that Kento Terasaka makes a return to a similar story within a different magazine that will give him more time to create something similar to what GGG tried to accomplish. While it failed due to a lack of popularity, other magazines could have a goldmine with this author, and Terasaka has a bright future ahead of him if he finds a better magazine that allows him to thrive with how he tries to write his stories. Personally, I see SJ axing GGG's as a mistake and a very sad outcome as I felt that this manga had a ton of promise that will be left untapped, but hopefully we see more of Terasaka in the future.

This show was one of the first of its type that I had watched, but I'm happy I decided to pick it. People will dig on the show as much as they want, but in the end, it's all up to interpretation. The themes of this show really hit me hard, and that's what puts it over the top for me. The characters made the whole work environment thing seem real. The humorous moments, the sad moments, the happy moments... everything culminated into becoming something that felt fluid and realistic, even though it was put in such a futuristic way. The messages behind this show ... are also great. In the end, everyone will die, so we may as well live life to the fullest while we can, right? All in all, I think the show did a lot of things really well. It made me feel a bunch of emotions back to back. It was great, and I really hope more people give it a chance.
