This is one of the more obscure titles. Laying hands on uncensored version took abit of time, but it paid off in the end.
It was fun to watch. It combines some dark comedy, fairly gory violence, hilarious plot twists, adorable main characters, stereotypical bad guys (which somehow don't even irritating despite being cliche as hell) and some decent vanilla sex scenes, all in a fantasy setting.
If you in for some fap material though this probably won't do.
The only really bad thing with this - it's only 2 episodes. It really felt they could've done whole 12 episodes series with this, which could result in higher

Well, alot of people seem to enjoy that one, and I can't disagree. It is comedic, has alot of fun-service, good characters and hilarious take on monster girl ecchi. I absolutely adored every episode. If I ever create top 10 ecchi comedys, this will be there for sure.
Believe it or not - it even provides us with decent comedy plots every episode, some of these are very funny and good. Make sure to watch BD version and don't miss on specials and two OVAs. I give it 8 overall just because I can't put it on same level as some of my 9s. But in ecchi-comedy tournament ...

It is strange to see people rating this 1, since this is just some addition to the great manga series.
And yet, regardless of near-perfect art-style and sound design perfectly suited for something like Blame, they seem to completely misunderstand what they were watching. Honestly, if they made whole adaptation in this style and with this sound design, that would be probably as close to original as it gets. Ofc. the action scenes and characters would take ALOT of work, but it seems they could've done it. Anyway, we have what we have. I put 9/10 and 10/10 for art and sound respectively. Rest is kinda irrelevant since ...

I haven't read manga and I don't know what's coming in season 2 aswell. Finished this great anime series in few days. I must say its a very solid 8 point. Not a masterpiece in general, but very good in alot of aspects.
What I liked most is eerie bizarre atmosphere, you feel it throughout all episodes. The characters relations and dialogues were also great. The plot twists were sometimes predictable, sometimes not, HOWEVER I don't think they even supposed to be strongest virtues here.
